Pre-Assembly• Reveiw the parts list and make sure that no parts are missing.• Level the area where the shed will be located.• Areas with”fill dirt” should be tamped/compacted to prevent settling/sinking.• If a foundation is desired, is should be constructed before assembly.

Arrange the (4) floor panels “Q” as shown Slide parts “Q” panels together

Secure the panels with item (H-a) as shown (12 places)

STEP 2

Determine which side of the floor assembly will be the doorway opening.Place the foundation corner with pocket “S” in the front left corner of the floor as shown.

Place part “S” in the opposite side back right corner.

Slide wall Foundation Assembly.

Place the foundation corner with tabs “R” in the backleft corner as shown.

Place the remaining parts, “R” in the opposite side front right corneras shown.

Align shutter “T” with screw holes in windowpanel. While holding the shutter in placewith one hand screw in place with 4x (H-e).Repeat step to other shutters.

The second person will have to bend the back corner out ofthe way to allow the last panel to be placed into position.

NOTE: There are (2) window panels. The wall panels are universally designed so that the window will work with the back wall if you choose.The assembly instructions show the window being placed on the sidewalls as one example only.

To assemble the last panel you will need the help of another person.

Once the panel is place into position,gently push the back corner towardsthe front to capture the panels withinthe grooves on the front and backpanel.

IMPORTANT! DO NOT let go of theback corner; keep pushing towardthe front to keep the panels engagedwith the grooves on the front andback panel.

To assemble the last panel you will need the help of another person.

The second person will have to bend one of the sidewall assembliesout of the way to allow the last panel to be placed into position. Whileplacing the last panel into position ensure that you engage the panelinto the groove on the sidewall assembly that is not being bent out ofthe way.

(This is important to keep the wall from collapsing while completingthe assembly) DO NOT push inwards or outwards on the panels!

Once the panel is placed into position, gently push the sidewallassemblies together to capture the panels within the grooveson the sidewall assemblies.

Screw the top panel to the corners using item (H-e) as shown.(2) places. (repeat other side)

Once in position one person will need to hold part “M” as shown. Slide item (H-f) and (H-c) thru the holes as shown.

From the underside of the tab tighten the bolt (H-f) using item(H-g) and (H-c) as shown. Repeat on other side of part “M”.

Tighten the bolt (H-h) using item (H-c)and (H-g) as shown. Be careful to notover tighten.

Slide item (H-h) and (H-i) through second holefrom the end of part “V” and the roof panel.

IMPORTANT! DO NOT bolt down the (2) end holes of the metal roof brace and roof panel assembly. This bolt location is used in a later step.

Assemble the roof panel to the metal roof brace. (This will be the middle roof panel) Attach this roof panel through both holes this time usingitems (H-h), (H-l), (H-c) and (H-g) as before.

Assemble the 3rd final roof panel once again leave the end hole open. Attach this roof panel through the second hole from the end onlyusing items (H-h), (H-l), (H-c) and (H-g) as before.

Make sure the two end bolt holes are not in use

Place the plastic roof brace “W” into position as shown. IMPORTANT! Part “W” should be slid down toward the bottom of theroof panels (away from the metal roof brace)

STEP 17 Assembling the Roof.

Attach the plastic roof brace with item (H-j) as shown in (6)places. Repeat to attach the second plastic roof brace to theroof panel assembly.

Repeat step #15 and #16 to complete the other roof panel assembly.

Lift the roof assembly into place. (2 people are required for this step)! There is a groove in both the front and back gables that the roof bracewill fit into. (See picture) Once the roof is in position one person should hold it in place.

From the underside of the tab tighten the bolt (H-k) using item (H-g) and (H-c) as shown. Repeat the process at the other gable tosecure the roof panel assembly

STEP 18 Securing the Bottom of the roof Panels.

One person should hold down the roof panels to ensure a tight fit, while on the inside of the building another person should secure the roofpanels using item (H-p) as shown in (6) places. Repeat to other side.

STEP 19 Securing the Outside Corner of the Roof Panels.

While holding roof down against gable secure theroof panel assembly with item (H-p) as shown.(repeat on remaining 3 corners)

On the middle roof panel, align the hole with the roof bracket“U” and the bolt. Hand thread item (G).

Using item (G) bolt the roof bracket.

Lift the roof panel upward to align roof bracket with bolt.

Using item (G) bolt down the roof bracket Bolt down the remaining roof bracket to the middle panelusing (G) 2 places.

STEP 21 Assembling the ridge cap.

Lift the ridge cap“N” into position.

CAUTION- this part is heavy and due to its length and ratherawkward to move. A second person may be required toposition this component.

Secure the end of part “N” with item (H-p) as shown in (3) placesSecure middle bottom screw first. Repeat the process at the othergable to secure the ridge cap.

STEP 22 Assembling the door handles.

Align the door handle “I” with the holes in the door.Slide item (H-l) through the holes as shown.

Tighten the bolt (H-l) using item (H-c) and (H-g) as shown. Be careful to not overtighten. Bolt the other end of the handle down. Repeat the process to secure theremaining handle to the other door.

STEP 23 Attaching the lock bracket.

Align the lock bracket “J” with the holes inthe door.

From the outside of the door slide item(H-m) through the hole in the door. x 2

Using item (H-n) and (H-o) secure the lockbracket as shown. Repeat step to secure2nd bolt for lock bracket.

STEP 24 Attaching the sliding door lock.

Open the package containing the Barrel Bolt “K”.Using the (4) screws, align the holes on the slidingdoor lock with the holes in the left door and attachas shown.

STEP 25 Attaching the doors.

At an angle, slide the top door pin intothe top hole of the front left corner.Once the pin is in the hole, tilt thebottom of the door inward.

Slide the bottom door pin “H” into thegroove in the door and push downwardas shown to secure the bottom of thedoor.

Repeat step #24 to assemble the other door.
