Your User ID is your City network login which must be typed in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.
Enter the desired information into the User ID field. Enter "YOUR NETWORK LOGIN".

Your normal City Network Password is entered using upper and lower case letters or other characters.
Enter the desired information into the Password field. Enter "Your Normal City Network Password".

Click the Sign In button.

Click the Main Menu button.

Click the Benefits Enrollment menu.

After reading the instructions on the page, you are ready to begin your benefits enrollment.
Click the Select button.
Note: After you use the Select button, it will take a few seconds for your benefits enrollment information to load.

The Benefits Enrollment Page displays current enrollments. The purpose of this demo is to make your Optional Life Benefits selection. The City provides Basic Life to the employee at 1 times the salary. There are optional Life plan choices if you choose to enroll in them for the Employee, Employee's Spouse or Employee's Dependents.
After reading the instructions on the top portion of the page, you are ready to review the available Optional Life Plan options.
Press the left mouse button over the scrollbar and drag the mouse to the desired location.

An active enrollment in Supplemental Life is required before enrolling into Spousal and/or Dependent Life. For this simulation, you will enroll in Supplemental Life for yourself and Supplemental Spousal Life.
Click the Supplemental Life button.

After reading the instructions, you are ready to make changes to your Supplemental Life Benefits.
Choose a plan by selecting the bubble next to the plan of your choice.
Note: Per pay period cost are displayed.
In this example, you will be changing from the no additional coverage to Employee Opt Life/ADD 1 x Sal ($30,000).
Click the Yes option next to the Employee Opt Life/ADD 1 x Sal ($30,000).

Click the Update Elections button.

Click the Spousal Life Edit button.

After reading the instructions, you are ready to make changes to your Spousal Life Benefits.
Note: Per pay period cost is displayed.
Click the Yes option next to the Spouse Life Flat 50K ($50,000).

Press the left mouse button over the scrollbar and drag the mouse to the desired location to view additional information regarding your Spousal Life benefit enrollment.

After reading the Enroll Your Dependents instructions, you are ready to Add/Review Dependents.
Click the Add/Review Dependents button.

Follow the instructions on the page to Add or Review Dependents.
When you are finished, click the Return to Event Selection link.

Select the Update Elections button to store your choice until your are ready to submit your final enrollment on the Enrollment Summary.
Click the Update Elections button.
Note: You may select the Discard Changes button to ignore all entries made on this page and return to the Enrollment Summary.

Once you have completed your Spousal Life choice, the per pay period costs will display. Select Update Elections button again to return to the Benefits Enrollment page.

This completes the Optional Life Benefits portion of 2015 Open Enrollment.
NOTE: At this point, you have not completed open enrollment.
Once you have made your selections for all applicable benefit plans, your will need to complete the process by reviewing the current enrollment session choices on the Submit Confirmation page.
