Four years ago I read the Land Titles Registration Bill 2008 and knew our people were under attack by foreign powers. Our land as Samoans was to be taken from us in the 21 st Century asif we were savages and the governments of foreign powers would either stand by and donothing to help our people or instead had prepared their knives to carve up our land and toclaim our treasures while our leaders bewitched by fool’s gold would sell our people’s futureaway.

Nobody else will protect you Samoa!

Life or Death Samoa you choose!

The men who signed the Constitution of Samoa represented all Aiga of Samoa and wished to preserve all rights of the Aiga Samoa for all time.

The Supreme law of Samoa is made up of:

Firstly, the Articles of our Constitution;

Secondly, the Fa’aSamoa; and

Thirdly, Christian principles.

Some would say that the Fa’aSamoa and the principles of Christianity are too vague to applyin the Modern World but perhaps they wish to avoid the clear directions of each of these

 philosophies.

Christian principles are summed up in verses 30 and 31 of Chapter 12 of the Book of Mark of the Holy Bible.

‘ And thou shalt love the Lord Thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul and with allthy mind and with all thy strength: This is the First Commandment. And the Second is like

namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself there is none other commandmentgreater than these.

God requires not only words - but an ongoing promise by man to act for the best of all.

Our leaders have forgotten to honour God because they trample upon the lives and rights of our people. As they no longer love the people, let them stand down as they are no longer fit toserve the people.

They wish us to bow down to them as if they were a golden calf. The state was created toserve not to plunder the resources of the people by creating a class of politicians, who takethe best for themselves and ignore the suffering of our people.

Let there be equal treatment for all. Let us declare to them that all politicians must receivetheir medical treatment in Samoa and within a year we will have the finest medical facilitiesin the world available to our people.

The essence of the Fa’aSamoa is to love God and our families and neighbours and in doing soto avoid the vices and sins which plague all men.

In 2007 the United Nations released the UN Declaration of Indigenous Rights stating thatthese principles were the minimum standards which would ensure the wellbeing and survivalof native peoples worldwide.

Our Constitution commands all Samoan politicians to safeguard all rights of Samoans. It isclear that without these minimum standards being applied in Samoa the wellbeing andsurvival of our people is at risk.

On 25 June 2008 I declared to the UN and posted online a Declaration of Samoan Rights. This Declaration claimed the same minimum standards for the wellbeing and survival of Samoans as declared in the UN Declaration of Indigenous Rights. I notified the Head of Stateof Samoa on the Talofa Lava Forum at that time as I did not have an email address for himand received a public notification from the Head of State’s Office of his receipt of theDeclaration.

Please look to my website: http://samoamosamoa.webs.com/

Our leaders have ignored our Constitution and abandoned the Rule of Law in takingresources from our people such as water, which we have traditionally owned. They pretendThe Land Titles Registration Act 2008 is a valid law in Samoa when it has not been put to areferendum as required by our Constitution. The Head of State has signed a nullity – adocument made void or useless by law. Those in authority say nothing and their silence is theclearest signal to our people that their time to lead has passed.

We, Aiga Samoa, have never agreed to give our water to the government. We have never agreed to give up the sovereignty of our lands. We do not wish to pay tax on our customaryland.

All around the world, especially in New Zealand and Australia the legal principles relating tothe rights and ownership of traditional resources are well understood and debated. Yet here in

Samoa they pretend to be our friends while they stand by as our peoples’ traditional lands andresources are plundered. We understand they eye our land like starving dogs outside a

butcher’s window. They promise money daily to our people while their jaws slaver at thethought of swallowing our land up.

You think we natives are stupid! Capitalism coupled with greed has led to the madness of middlemania in Samoa. Everything has a price and opportunistic Samoans, either on their own or in partnership with foreign corporations, seek to profit from every service provided toa captive public. Monopolies and middlemania bring death to our people. The margin between the actual cost of goods and services and the price charged to thesuffering population is the profit of middlemania.

If we are all silenced by fear Samoa, then our race is doomed.

Samoans of the 22nd Century may remember me as the scout who raised the alarm at thewarning signs of the terrible stripping of our people of their lands in the supposedly

enlightened 21st Century.

Reporting to Samoans of the 22nd Century I say this:

“Future Samoans greetings!

Our Constitution has been tampered with and its protections ignored to create opportunitiesfor a harvesting of our motherland and resources by greedy foreign powers and local

politicians. The local population are fed propaganda on public issues of national importanceand the government exploits rather than protects the people. The Human Rights ProtectionParty refuses to justify its suicidal policies and our people are treated as second class citizens.

No scholarly analyses have been undertaken by the supposedly friendly nations who surroundus. We seem to be marked for destruction by Palagi powers.

On this date I remain uncertain as to the future survival of our race and its traditional landsand resources but I remain confident that our people will rally rather than become extinct dueto the middlemania of our politicians.

I am told that I risk my life by commenting about the real issues of our times. If so I acceptthat evil men may take action against me. My life I have placed in God’s hands. What is onedeath compared to the suffering that millions of our people will endure and the loss of our

lands for all time?

You will know whether I made a difference or not!”

Wake up my people before it is too late!

I want all Samoans to know that our Constitution is our Supreme Law in Samoa

I want all Samoans to know that our Constitution is our supreme law in Samoa and thatthe vision which our forefathers had at the time of Independence is being destroyedthrough greed and theft by a party misnamed the Human Rights Protection Party which is

really a criminal conspiracy to steal the birthrights of most Samoans as well as their landand traditional resources so that their aiga can rule Samoa forever reducing most Samoansto a single role: slavery under them. The matai and the church are corrupted by wealth.

The children of Samoa must be protected at all costs from this evil. The HRPP believethat it is fine for them to feast while others starve. My people of Samoa - this has never

 been okay.

We must rid ourselves of these parasites and grow strong -as individuals and aiga -nobody is more important than anyone else-we each have our place -we each must becared for properly from cradle to grave- this does not mean we will sit back and do

nothing.

This means we will guard ourselves against criminals who want to live like kings whilethe aiga starve- they have become spoilt brats-let us shake the foundations to rid ourselvesof these failures, who make us miserable and bow the knee to everyone overseas and loveto kick our people around.

Will Samoa resist conquest or fall like the Aborigine, the Apache and the Maori?

Our land, our water , the ways of our people are precious not only to us, the rightful owners, but also to thieves who would steal the food from the mouths of our babes and see our oldfolk end their days in confusion and misery.

Already our people are dying. Already the sacred places mourn our passing. Already our ancestors grind their bones in frustration at the pain of our people.

Is there nothing to be left for our unborn children? Are they to be born refugees and homelessas foreigners celebrate the passing of the Aiga?

What does the loss of our land mean to you?

Are you ashamed that our leaders serve foreigners for the scraps from their tables?

Are you ashamed that the World Trade Organization can tell Samoa to eat food banned intheir own countries as too toxic for humans to eat – muli pipi?

Where are the men true to Samoa?

Where are the women true to Samoa?

Where are those who will put everything they have including their lives on the line that our  people may live?

Where are the warriors of my people to protect these treasured members of my family?

Are we become a nation of slaves?

Do we need alcohol and entertainment to escape the insults thrown in our faces?

We have been weighed by foreigners. They believe us to be foolish like every other native people they have conquered.

Our forefathers spoke words of power and obtained promises from other nations that wewould be independent and that our destiny lay in our own hands. This is our Constitution.

Fifty years later foreign enemies lie to us as they steal from us. Foreign enemies enlist our leaders giving them money and luxuries so that they lie to us and betray us.

We are told that we may not have opinions about the decisions of our leaders even though

they ask us to close our eyes and say nothing while their false laws strip us of our lands andtraditional resources. These same laws destroyed the Aborigine, the Apache and the Maori.

We are led to the slaughterhouse if we remain silent.

At this time there is a battle before us for our land, for our way of life and the spirit of our nation.

I wish to remind the matai, their wives and children of the words of a famous AmericanIndian Chief Joseph of the Nez Perce Indians, who was hailed as the “ Indian Napoleon” . He

described his father’s deathbed wish as follows,

“ My father sent for me. I saw he was dying. I took his hand in mine. He said:

“ My son, my body is returning to my mother earth, and my spirit is going very soon to seethe Great Spirit Chief. When I am gone think of your country. You are the chief of these

people. They look to you to guide them. Always remember that your father never sold hiscountry. You must stop your ears whenever you are asked to sign a treaty selling your home.A few have their eyes on this land. My son, never forget my dying words. The country holdsyour father’s body. Never sell the bones of your father and your mother.” I pressed myfather’s hand and told him I would protect his grave with my life. My father smiled and

 passed away to the spirit-land.”

Our land cannot be taken from us or we will cease to exist as a living nation. We will becomeservants in our own land. We will suffer the slow death of every tribal culture, who has losttheir land. We are a dignified and hospitable people. We invite guests, visitors and tourists

but they may not take what is ours alone. The bones of our ancestors lie in our land.

Our leaders pass false laws forbidden by our Constitution so that foreigners may take our lands and water.

The Land Titles Registration Act 2008 takes ownership of customary land and gives it to the

government permanently destroying all of the aiga’s rights to their own land.

It allows foreign companies to buy customary land and will allow foreign ownership of allSamoan land limited only by the wealth of the foreigners.

The Water Resources Management Act 2008 allows the water of Samoa to be sold to foreigncompanies whenever the government wishes. Samoans will then pay forever to drink water in

the land of their ancestors.

The greatest threat Samoa has ever faced comes in the form of the human organisation knownas the corporation.

Chris Hedges states,

“ The corporation is designed to make money without regard to human life, the social good or the impact of the corporation’s activities o the environment.” ( p.33 Empire of Illusion: TheEnd of Literacy and the Triumph of Spectacle, 2009 Nation Books N.Y.)

The film based on Joel Bakan’s book – The Corporation: The Pathological Pursuit of Profitand Power asserts that the corporation exhibits many of the traits found in people clinicallydefined as psychopaths. Psychologist Robert Hare recites in the film a checklist of

psychopathic traits and ties them to the behaviour of corporations:

- Callous unconcern for the feelings of others.

- Incapacity to maintain enduring relationships.

- Reckless disregard for the safety of others.

- Deceitfulness, repeated lying and conning others for profit.

- Incapacity to feel guilt.

- Failure to conform to social norms with respect to lawful behaviour.

(The Corporation: The Pathological Pursuit of Profit and Power.Canada: Big Picture MediaCorporation/ Zeitgeist Films, 2003)

Albert Einstein wrote in 1949 in the monthly review explaining why he was a socialist:

The result of these developments is an oligarchy of private capital the enormous power of which cannot be effectively checked even by a democratically organized political society. This is true since the number of legislative bodies are selected by political parties largelyfinanced or influenced by private capitalists who for all practical purposes separate theelectorate from the legislature.

The consequence is that the representatives of the people do not in fact sufficiently protectthe interests of the underprivileged sections of the population.

Moreover , under existing conditions private capitalists inevitably control, directly or indirectly, the main sources of information(press, radio, education). It is thus extremelydifficult and indeed in most cases quite impossible for the individual citizen to come toobjective conclusions and to make intelligent use of his political rights.( p.64 Empire of Illusion: The End of Literacy and the Triumph of Spectacle, 2009 Nation Books N.Y.)

Because our Constitution is the founding document of the Nation and clearly states that thelaw of Samoa is based on Christian principles and Samoan customs and traditions, thetraditional rights of Samoans as individuals and Aiga are preserved for all time.

These rights enable the owners to become wealthy through allowing others access or use of the rights.

Samoans do not have to sell away their traditional rights. These rights do not belong to the government nor can they belong to any government unless

the owners of the rights are consulted and agree to share those rights for ongoing value which preserves those rights for future generations and brings immediate financial benefit to theAiga.

Any government is commanded by our Constitution to secure to the people all of their rightsincluding fundamental rights in an impartial way so that justice is fully maintained.

The government is not permitted to deceive, manipulate or steal or hide the truth from thecitizens of the Fa’aSamoa because the government is commanded to act in a Christian way bythe Constitution. Some fail to understand the full import of these simple words.

Samoans must realize that they have the power in all things not the government. Villages indispute with the government must use the Fa’aSamoa to fight back.

Remove the titles of MP’s who violate the Constitution and show no alofa to their fellowman. Remove in this way their qualification to be in Parliament.

This is the law of the Fa’aSamoa. If you act as a tyrant, or thief, you can be removed by your Aiga.

It is not okay for the government to develop resources such as fisheries, minerals, medicinal plants or to use resources such as rivers or the sea or Samoan genetic material in partnershipwith foreigners, form companies to create wealth and ignore the traditional owners in eachvillage and district. This is a theft from the traditional owners and is forbidden by theConstitution. It is theft from Aiga.

The Fa’aSamoa has never given up the rights of its citizens to its airspace, fisheries, miner als, water rights, plants, genetic or other treasures of any description to the government.

This includes all rights and relationships of any description from a molecular level of value toSamoans from the Heavens to the center of the Earth within Samoan territory.

In the US courts affirm the legitimacy of government operations by insisting that theyconform to the provisions of the American constitution.

No act by government is lawful unless it comports with the letter and spirit of theconstitution. (p.242)

All who are committed to government by consent do in fact share the belief that respect for the rule of law is the indispensible element in legitimate governance because protecting our rights is the purpose that empowers government in the first place.( P285)

A state of consent is one in which all persons can exercise the rights of conscience and in the politics of which the individual conscience plays the decisive role by means of a consensualsystem of laws. (P523)

Both Machiavelli and Walzer observe that there are two different moral codes- one for thecivilian and one for the government official. ( p.368)

Juan Forero, wrote in the New York Times June 24 2004`Latin American Graft & povertyTrying patience with Democracy’

`Class disparities and poverty levels have become so bad in Latin America that leaders are being ousted in violent protests, politicians are being lynched by angry mobs and many people would rather have an honest tyranny than a democracy that serves as cover for  plundering the people’s resources.’

William T. Vollman at P.297 of his book `Rising Up and Rising Down'

Some thoughts on Violence, Freedom and Urgent Means:- published by Gerald Duckworth & Co. Ltd. 200enquiries: [email protected]

He states that an Indication of unlawful authority is:

- When the authority can change the social contract at will itself e.g. constitution or laws

His descriptions of unlawful authority include:

-When the officials are not assistants of the people but become a ruling class.

- When the government performs its tasks by force not affection.

-When the state does not enrich its citizens but makes them poorer.

- When the state does not enhance liberties but restricts them.

Page 9: Life or Death Samoa You Choose English & Samoan

-When people feel threatened not safer under the Government.

-When the people cannot peacefully revoke the social contract. E.g. Using force or money to

gain power and retain it.

He considers that one may fairly rise up,

- When the authority sets itself in permanent power,

- when it will not discuss or debate serious issues affecting the welfare of the nation.

- when it has no sympathy for the people.

-when it aims at permanently damaging the rights of those governed.

-when the authority offers no release from obedience if people disagree with it.

-when the majority are victimized by a governing minority.

-when it seizes greater power in bursts of speed to permanently deprive the majority of fundamental rights and freedoms.

- when authority is not lawful in the first place e.g. bribery or corruption of elections.

Samoa the most frightening aspect of our times is our government’s silence in the face of clear corruption.

Words like good governance, democracy and transparency are used as if they were devoid of meaning by our leaders. We are told that the issues are too big and that we need InternationalRescue constantly.

Foreigners promise to protect Samoan’s traditional rights. Yes, New Zealand even though ithas disrespected the traditional rights of our cousins-the Maori.

Do we sit around waiting for our people to die or do we stand up and protect our aiga?

Do we protect our Constitution or do we allow foreigners to strip Samoa and destroy our  people?

Unquestioning Obedience creates a race of Slaves

William T. Vollman in his book `Rising Up and Rising Down' offers the following steps indiscovering the truth.

Step 1: Ask yourself what is really happening: think as clearly as you can.

Page 10: Life or Death Samoa You Choose English & Samoan

7/27/2019 Life or Death Samoa You Choose English & Samoan

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/life-or-death-samoa-you-choose-english-samoan 10/63

Page 10 of 63

Step 2: Listen to the views of others - talk to witnesses - understand why people do what theydo and try to understand happiness and suffering.

Step 3: Look into history for similar events that have occurred and what has been learnt by

historians and scholars.

Step 4: Look to see whether the person or company or government is acting in service.Volleman says that" He who helps not, cares not. He who cares not, possesses no right toguide others’ lives.

Step 5: As you learn and understand more change your views to reflect your greater wisdom.

Step 6: Work out in any situation what factors or events or statements have nothing to dowith your search for the truth. In other words, don't get distracted.

Samoans need only obey those who truly care about them.

I believe that what is really happening in Samoa is that we are in the checkmate phase of aclass war. The HRPP is changing society through legislation to create a class of super wealthy. The Land Titles Registration Act 2008 is unconstitutional, unchristian andundemocratic. It removes the rights to land from 98per cent of the population.

The Water Resources Management Act 2008 seeks to take the water from its traditionalowners by arguing - "we know best, do as we say. Just because the law will allow us to abuseyou that does not mean that we will. Trust us -We are your leaders."Imagine if the super wealthy control the land and water, even unlawfully, and the peopleresist.

The Police Powers Act 2007 enables the PM and Head of State to use foreign military againstSamoans for a public purpose. Men with their faces covered using any force necessaryagainst the Aiga Samoa - immune from prosecution so any who oppose them are calledcriminals.

If you say to a policeman about to force you off your land, that the government said it wouldnever force you off your land, he will say, " The law says I can. I have my orders."If he is a visiting specialist he can murder you in self-defence take your land and property if

those are his orders. If you resist you are at risk of being called an outlaw.

If William T. Vollman examines history and considers the following statements true, then a person who loves their country and does not wish to become a slave might think carefullyabout what he says.

Every society must have a mechanism to prevent its leaders destroying the people. You see, some men would sell Samoa for money.

If they can buy your vote, then they can use that power once in Government to earn billionsmore. If money is their god, they have no place leading Samoa or do they?

Page 11: Life or Death Samoa You Choose English & Samoan

Our leaders cannot serve the interests of foreign powers at our expense. If they have borrowed hundreds of millions - then open the books and show us in detail where it went.

But understand this. The traditional rights of Aiga under the fa'asamoa have never been

available for bargaining. Our leaders have no authority to weigh our family property up against their own interests.Do they hate me for thinking about right and wrong? You see every member of our race is entitled to scream at the top of his or her lungs if he seesdeath or destruction coming upon the family. If our leaders are being mind controlled against our interests by foreign powers, by the devilor just plain greed, then common sense says that the survival of our race is more importantthan hurting their feelings and I am a patriot to continue to plead and to pray.I challenge anyone to say that Samoans in Samoa and worldwide should have less rights thanthose contained in the Declaration of Samoan Rights Under the fa’asamoa dated 20 June2008.

I am not being fia poto by bringing these matters to the governments attention because mycustomary land rights and those of every other Samoan are affected.Every Samoan family will suffer. All but the High Chiefs will have to bow down as thesematai will have taken the wealth of their families for themselves alone.

This is not the fa’asamoa. This is the way of Evil.

Does our PM know that Samoans from around the World send hundreds of millions of talaevery year as tautua to preserve their family relationships, their connection to titles and their customary land rights? Is it fair that their tautua is ignored?

Has the Human Rights Protection Party changed the constitution and laws to further its owninterests? Have they become not servants but overlords?

Does the government force its will upon the people? Does it make itself rich at the expense of the people? Are the people becoming poorer as a result of HRPP activity? Is the staterestricting the rights and liberties of the people reducing them to slavery? Do people feelthreatened not safer under the Government? Can the people peacefully remove a government if it threatens to permanently take the

peoples natural resources or has the government created hidden mechanisms to keep power

and reduce the people to economic slavery?

You see tell me this:

- Has the government set itself in permanent power?

- Does it refuse to discuss or debate serious issues affecting the welfare of the nation?

- Does it have no sympathy for the people?

-Is it acting to permanently damage the rights of those governed?

Page 12: Life or Death Samoa You Choose English & Samoan

Page 12 of 63

-Is there any way of correcting these leaders before they do permanent damage to theresources of the nation?

-Are the majority being victimised by a governing minority?

-Does the HRPP seize greater power in bursts of speed to permanently deprive the majorityof fundamental rights and freedoms?

- Has it used bribery to win elections and is it acting questionably to endanger the good of the majority?

If the HRPP are a small part of Samoan society who act selfishly and are opposed to theinterests of society then Samoans have a duty to ask questions.

I AM NOT FIA POTO TO DEMAND TRUTH, JUSTICE, GOOD GOVERNANCE

AND TRANSPARENCY. THESE ARE MIMIMUM STANDARDS REQUIRED TOGOVERN US. NO MORE CAN POLITICIANS COUNT ON GROWING RICH AT THE EXPENSE

OF THE PEOPLE. THAT IS NOT WHY YOU ARE THERE.

Because Parliament sits in silence and is unable or unwilling to protect the family, it cannotoutlaw those who stand for the good of all.

Look Back to Our Ancestors who loved and owned this land...

Look back to our ancestors who loved and owned this land far longer than we remember.

How do they live on? What do they expect of us and should we honor them?

We Samoans love our elders. We remember the names of our ancestors and some detailof their lives. In this way we honour our forefathers and foremothers and God blesses us.

They gifted this land to us as their greatest treasure in the knowledge that this fertile landwould provide all our needs.

Looking forward in time they dreamt of us - as their unborn with such love - we sharetheir love for those still to come.

As they disciplined themselves to learn their gafa - an act of unconditional love so wemust keep their memories alive.

We are born into an exciting time.

This year we Samoans make a decision whether we break from our ancestors and forgetthem and surrender to foreigners the bones and the dreams of our heroes of Old.

OR

We stand as one and reclaim our land as Lords and Ladies in our own land.

If you do nothing you have surrendered to the foreign invader and accept them as your Lords and you enter slavery for you and your descendants.

If we unite and shout as warriors to the heavens that we are Samoa now and evermore andif we refuse to bend the knee to the Foreign Devils then there is a hope that we willsurvive with our land.

We must give up the selfish European ways where men hide gold and wealth and do notshare.

We must care for each child, each old man and woman. Our people deserve to receive the very best of our land- Samoa.

We are Samoa - We come first - We deserve to survive and grow strong so that wherever mighty men meet among them will be our brightest and best - the future generations of Samoa.

We are men and women who will stand as equals not as musclebound slaves, who knowtheir place.

When we travel overseas foreigners treat us as stupid dark people only fit for sport or thelowest of jobs.

In our own country we must rule forever.

Now is the time to choose my beloved brothers and sisters - for you and your descendants-

FREEDOM OR SLAVERY.

IF YOU CHOOSE FREEDOM THEN THERE MAY BE SOME HARDSHIP ANDDEATH CAN

NEVER BE RULED OUT AS A POSSIBILITY BUT BETTER DEATH BEFOREDISHONOUR.

IF YOU FEEL TOO WEAK OR POWERLESS IT IS ONLY AN ILLUSION OF THEFOREIGN DEVIL -

with slavery comes sickness and homelessness and spiritual death and being hurt andhumiliated by men who look human but are dark inside like animals.

With slavery comes rape and torture and they will laugh and take every good thing fromyou.

I will stand with everything i have against them and for Samoa though i be ripped to pieces in battle or murdered because I love my MOTHER SAMOA more than life.

My Heart is for HER my heart is for my people.

RISE UP SAMOA THIS IS OUR LAND AND WE ARE A GREAT PEOPLE ANDONE DAY OUR ANCESTORS WILL CROSS THE UNIVERSE AS SAMOANS OF ASAMOAN EMPIRE.

Let our descendants remember these times with pride not shame.

THEY WILL REMEMBER US AND THROUGH THAT MEMORY BESTRENGTHENED AS WE NOW CALL UPON THE MIGHT OF OUR ANCESTORSTO STOP OUR LAND BEING STOLEN.

I STAND FOR SAMOA _NOW AND FOREVER MORE.

In every Family there are children of different heights of different strengths..

. In every family there are children of different heights of different strengths and weaknesses. They are still family.

We cannot afford to caste out any of our blood.

Some speak Samoan some have lost the mother tongue.

it matters not as long as their heart is for Samoa and they are prepared to join our family infighting for our land.

We need every strength every talent every ounce of energy and toughness we can muster

because we are surrounded on all sides by the enemy and some of our family love moneymore than their mother andmore than us.They work for the foreign devils who have decided our place is slavery in our own land.

Just because our leaders are sick with money lust we cannot let them sell our land toforeigners.

We will not be shamed and betrayed in their kangaroo courts where no justice is possible andwe can never be treated fairly.

In the street we must tell them that they must step down that we have the power we must notobey traitors.

This is our time not theirs- they lie to our faces but steal our countries treasures-we mustremove them before they invite foreign armies to our land.

We are strong not weak.

Rise my brothers.

Rise my sisters

We will never be beaten.

The Human Rights Protection Party are being manipulated as easily as they manipulateothers.

Where will they hide with their money when Sa Moa comes for revenge?

Every day no matter whether it is raining or which sports team wins or loses or what letters

are published in the Observer the HRPP continues with its plan to cash in its own society for tupe($). New laws, new deals, new promises -- ka ching, ka ching- more money in the bank-

 business as usual.

Where will they hide with their money when Sa Moa comes for revenge? They think they are smart enough to remain on top once they havestolen from their ownrelatives.

They believe that with the billions they make they can sit at the table with the wealthy of theWorld as equals.

They are being manipulated as easily as they manipulate others. When they have led their people to the slaughterhouse they too will be kicked to the kerb.

They too will be outplayed by foreigners far cleverer than them.

They will be handed over to the poor to deal with and what they own will also be taken byinvaders.

Now is your time Sa Moa., while you still own the land.

We will see them scream and beg for mercy and plead ignorance when everything is takenfrom them and when that happens they will turn to the Lord and pray. For the Bible will be all that is left to any Samoan.

 NO MORE MR NICE GUY..

On 23 February 2008 before God and Sa Moa a government puppett, Dr. Ieti Taulealo, liedon behalf of the HRP Party.

He told God and Sa Moa that the Land Titles Registration Act 2008 , hereafter referred to asthe Act, protects customary land when it actually destroys all customary land converting it to

Page 17: Life or Death Samoa You Choose English & Samoan

freehold title.

It is the will of the HRP Party to register all land in Sa Moa under the Torrens Systemcontained in the Act .

Only 1 type of title is created under this Act and it is freehold. Section 32 of theAct convertscustomary land title into freehold land title. It permanently destroys the customary land statusof the land recorded and with that destruction all links of that land to the ancestors and theunborn are destroyed forever.

Our Constitution commands all politicians to protect all rights of the citizens of Sa Moaespecially fundamental rights. The Supreme law of Sa Moa is made up of the Constitution.the Fa'a Sa Moa and Christian principles. The Act breaks all three bodies of law which makeup our Supreme Law.

Article 102 of the Constitution is broken by the Act because it permanently takes away the

customary land rights of ALL Sa Moans. It issues a freehold title to a few members of the population and destroys all customary land rights so that a few Sa Moans will becomewealthy forever and the rest of Sa Moa will become economic slaves forced to work on other

peoples land for a living and forced to rent space to live on and to be buried in. No morefreedom for Sa Moans rent will be expensive and food will be just as costly.

Article 109 of the Constitution states that if the land structure of Sa Moa is to be changedthere must be a national referendum and 2/3 of voters must agree to the end of customaryland for our people.

Knowing this the HRP Party have bypassed the National Referendum. In private they say thatwith a majority in parliament they do not need to hold a referendum because they rule SaMoa.

This is not what our Constitution requires. Our Constitution requires a National Referendum before this act can be submitted to the Head of State for signing. It cannot become law until2/3 of voters agree to the end of customary land title for our people.

Section 9(4) of the Act promises to protect customary land rights but is only a trick for theonly title created by the Act is freehold title which gives the registered owner the right to "exclusive possession" which means he or she or the company consisting of no more than 25%

foreign shareholding may remove anyone else from the land and treat it as theirs for all time.Any customary land rights belonging to other persons who might have greater title aredestroyed and the link between the ancestors and the unborn is destroyed for that landforever. As soon as any land is recorded on the register of the Torrens conversion system itloses its customary land status forever.

The HRP Party is not a party that protects Human Rights. It is a party that abuses and exploitsthe Human Rights of the people of Sa Moa to make it and its supporters rich by stealing theresources of Sa Moa from the people.

The Act creates a land race with winners and losers. This is unconstitutional. All Sa Moans

worldwide who have not lived in Sa Moa for 2.5 years within the past 3 years must return andlive in Sa Moa for 2.5 years before they can make a claim to register land under the Act.

Page 18: Life or Death Samoa You Choose English & Samoan

Page 18 of 63

The HRP Party and its supporters will own 90% of the land of Sa Moa either in their ownright or as 75% shareholders of foreign companies. The land will also be available for

purchase by foreign countries either through foreign companies or in their own names with

the permission of the Head of State.

By unlawfully converting customary land owned by Aiga into freehold title owned by single people the HRP Party have not only acted unconstitutionally and in breach of the Fa'a SaMoa but they have also departed from Christian principles.

The Ten Commandments say:

Thou shalt honour thy Father and thy Mother; Thou shalt not lie; Thou shalt not steal; Thoushalt not covet.

By destroying customary land title the bones of our ancestors will be violated for foreignerswill come and live on our lands while our people are taken away and these foreigners will**** on the bones of our ancestors.

They have lied to Sa Moa about the Act. The Act steals the treasure of the Aiga -the land andits resources and gives it to a few selfish HRP Party supporters and to foreigners while thesuli will rot like fruit thrown away in the land of our ancestors and our unborn will arrive toshame with the bootmark of slavery on their foreheads instead of with honour as the Lordsand Ladies of a free land gifted to them by our ancestors to preserve for all time.

The Constitution states in Article 2 (2) Any existing law and any law passed after the date of coming into force of this Constitution , which is inconsistent with this Constitution shall, tothe extent of the inconsistency, be void.

Void means it is unlawful and of no effect as if it had never been made, never been passed bythe HRP Party.

My beloved people of Sa Moa worldwide we have a problem because the HRP Party ownsthe Courts and pays the judges and buys them houses and cars and gives them overseas trips. How can these HRP Party supporters rule on the Supreme Law against their own party?

I have studied history and discovered that whenever a group or government wishes to take thecustomary land of native peoples that the winner is always the one with the biggest army.

In November 2007 the HRP Party passed the Police Powers Act 2007 enabling the PM"Malie le Gaoi" and the Head of State to bring foreign military into Sa Moa for a public

purpose to be decided by the PM' " Malie le Gaoi" and the Head of State.

These visiting specialists, Aitu, can come from anywhere into Sa Moa, bring the weapons of their choosing and use these weapons on Sa Moans without being charged as the PolicePowers Act 2007 says they are immune to Sa Moan law and above it.

How sad that before 2007 only God was above the law in Sa Moa. This party make Sa Moanssecond class citizens so that foreigners can inflict the seven deadly sins on Sa Moans and

Page 19: Life or Death Samoa You Choose English & Samoan

those who oppose them will be called criminals. If a child was accidentally run over this lawmeans no compensation is payable and no criminal charges will be laid. They can kill andforget but how can we forget this disgraceful law by a disgraceful party.

This is the HRP Party's way of protecting Human Rights, my beloved people!

This is their army to force the people off the land and unless we stand up now as the Aiga SaMoa Atoa and reject them as our leaders, our customary land will be gone this year and our unborn will be born into slavery.

Now is the time, my precious Sa Moa, to repay the ancestors by protecting our land so thatthe unborn receive the gift of this land and its treasures from their ancestors. This is our time.We are the Guardians of the future. We must stand up for those who cannot-the Ancestorsand the Unborn. We must raise our fists toward the Government Building and Shout,

" NO TORRENS! NO HUMAN RIGHTS PROTECTION PARTY!

As to Dr. Ieti Taulealo's comments about my website www.samoaatoa.org.nz, i humbly inviteall Sa Moa to view it. It records the lies and betrayals of the HRP Party and has links which

provide full copies of the Act and other Acts.

It is no wonder that Dr. Ieti Taulealo, a government puppett would find the truth set out before his eyes shocking for it threatens the HRP Party's evil plans.

In order that he be forgiven by God and Aiga Sa Moa Atoa and the editor Savea Sano Malifaof the Observer for his lies about the Act, I humbly request that he apologise and admit hislies.

If he does not he will be branded forever in Sa Moan history as a liar and government puppett prepared to say anything to deceive the people.

Aiga Sa Moa Atoa let us join hands worldwide let us stand united as one family and standagainst this Act written by Australia to destroy our people.

Let us show them how alofa works when we share and look after the little children, the sick and the elderly and every other member of Sa Moa.

The HRP Party have gone too far! Their final solution is to kill off their own family for money. No more can Sa Moa afford spoilt brat politicians who grow wealthy while children fail tolearn and the elderly and sick die needlessly in the hospitals.

Sa Moa with me comes a new breed of politicians who put the people first.

We have been given so much by our ancestors. It is time mighty men and women of Sa Moato tell these political dinosaurs to leave before they destroy our country forever this year.

Let us all turn towards the Government building raise our fists in protest and as a show of

strength and shout,

Political Scandal in Samoa 2008 – 2012

On the front page of the Samoa Observer the Head of State appears as the Man of the Year.Tuilaepa Sailele " Malie le Gaoi" also appears. I can honestly say having met both men thatthey are human they are not gods nor devils.

Unfortunately both men have been involved in Samoa's greatest political scandal.

The scandal involves Samoa's Constitution. It involves all members of Samoa's parliament in2008. It violated the Constitution and the Fa'aSamoa.

It violated international law and its effect is criminal. It affects all Samoans both in Samoaand worldwide because it steals land rights away from all Samoans and gives control to theHuman Rights Protection Party.

Most Samoans do not understand how the Land Titles Registration Act 2008 works. Apartfrom its contents it has never undergone the proper steps for it to become a law according toSamoa’s Constitution.

Our forefathers who wrote the Constitution signed it as well binding not only themselves to it but also our further generations.

Many native races had lost or been cheated out of their land by foreign powers so our forefathers placed article 109 in our Constitution that requires a vote of 2/3 of all votersagreeing to changing the land rights before it could legally be done.

They went further. They commanded that the Head of State could not sign or agree tochanging the land holding rights without this national agreement or referendum by all of Samoa’s voters.

So Tuilaepa Sailele “Malie le Gaoi” in obtaining funding to survey Samoa by satellite, having

foreign lawyers draft the false law and then placing it before Samoa’s parliament actedunconstitutionally and criminally.

How can a man who signed away the land rights of all Samoan’s although that is forbidden by our Constitution – the Head of State – be Man of the Year?

There is much more to be told about this scandal and if you want to help put it right 2013 isour year to bring justice to the Samoan people.

Modern Samoa: A Hell on Earth

Modern Samoa has become a hell on Earth because of the corruption of Samoa’s leaders andChurch.

Page 21: Life or Death Samoa You Choose English & Samoan

Instead of looking after the interests of all of the people a group of families have gained political leadership and now use the resources of the State of Samoa as their own personal bank accounts.Since 1994 there have been no independent financial auditing of the public monies used bygovernment in its management of the people’s money.

This group of families have used their influence and money to corrupt the traditional decisionmaking processes involving the lands and titles of the aiga of Samoa. Those who support the corrupt government are promoted while those who do not or will not

bow down lose all their rights to land and titles..The titles and lands belong to individual families. Yet because the Lands and Titles Court hasdecided that it decides the rightness of every claim to land or a title , rightful claimants losewhile others use political or family connections to pervert the course of justice.

The end result of this is that a group of families now consider themselves the new royalty of Samoa. In order to preserve their power the political process is perverted. No candidates can run for

political office unless they receive a certificate of service to an electorate by a committeewhich is paid a weekly wage by the current government. This means that the ruling party-the Human Rights Protection Party – chooses all politicalcandidates , even its opposition leaders. The present government intends to keep power permanently. This desire has nothing to dowith democracy or the good of all of the people of Samoa. It is based on greed andselfishness as having tasted the very best of material goods that the entire World has to offer ,there is no way they will ever risk sharing those opportunities with anyone. So while the supreme law of our land promises impartial justice to all, the truth is brutal andnasty. All other families are denied their opportunities to share in the political leadership. The education system and the health system are sub - standard and disgraceful. Yet theleaders don’t care as they and their children have a private medical scheme and can travel theWorld if need be to see foreign doctors.Only the best for a few: For the majority of Samoa , they must bow down or lose all their opportunities. The Church in Samoa is so holy nobody can ask the question: Why does God need money? The Church leaders are proud to live like kings and enjoy the best of food, housing, educationand travel. What has any of this to do with Christianity? Are they God? Are they moreimportant than other Samoans? Families go without food so that the Church leaders can

 become fat like pigs.

The Church and the ruling political party are best friends. They look after each other. They believe they are better than the people of Samoa. It is time we taught these parasites that leadership is about sacrifice and loving all of the

people and worrying over the smallest child, old men and women and those in need.Propaganda means lying to the people. The HRPP have borrowed so much money fromaround the World but where has it gone? Remember they put their own families in all the top

positions. They must keep the money in the family. They have made Samoa into a country which will do anything for money. Foreign money ismore important to the HRPP than the welfare of the people of Samoa. Samoa is a slave statenot an independent nation.Remember at the end of the day it all comes down to selfishness and if you are not in their

little club, you and your aiga lose your lands and titles.

Page 22: Life or Death Samoa You Choose English & Samoan

Page 22 of 63

They are a disgrace and our ancestors must be ashamed of them The HRPP are selling awaythe birthrights of this generation and the future of our unborn.

Why we criticise our government

We criticise the HRPP because it believes the end justifies the means no matter who gets hurt, what lies have to be told, no independent auditing of public finances, unconstitutional laws, ignoring the Constitution - exclusion clauses, while ripping off the Aiga- - dirty underhanddealings-bullying of the public, cowardly bowing down to foreigners to beg for money,

propaganda while controlling the media - special health care for themselves while neglectingand therefore killing off the Aiga with bad health care. That's why they must go- whygovernment needs to be cleaned out - they are parasites killing and corrupting our nation.

Our forefathers would be so ashamed of the cowards and cannibals who run Samoa.

Maua Faleauto

Unacceptable Social Engineering

Is it acceptable to Samoans that a few Samoans own the land and traditional resources of our people?

If a few own all does it mean that the rest live at the mercy of those few?

It is clear that this is where Samoa is headed unless Samoans stand up to remind our leadersthat all Samoans have inalienable rights, rights that cannot be taken away.

Take a snapshot of all Aiga members living -highlight all those who support the HRPP, then in

green marker underline the names of the inner core of the party - these are the people whointend to own all land in Samoa and market Samoa's resources to foreigners to maintain their

 parasitic celebrity lifestyle.

Our ancestors never intended a small power elite to plunder the lands and resources of the Aiga Samoa. They declared that unlawful.

Look at the names of the Constitutional forefathers and understand that a decision has beenmade to prune away and leave for dead most of their descendants –  to deny them ownership of our ancestral land or any benefit from our lands resources.

A partnership between overseas interests and corrupt leadership promises the destruction of afree Samoa and slavery for most Samoans within our own land even those. who believe theywill win will lose, because they consider themselves smarter than the World's greatest

capitalists.

Page 23: Life or Death Samoa You Choose English & Samoan

Resources must be provided through proper leadership to all members of the Aiga Samoa. If we do not do this then we weaken our race. The selfish taking unto themselves by the HRPP means thatmost aiga will die out from a lack of land,

food, health care or education.Foreigners are hired by the HRPP to increase their advantages against their own Aiga.

Depopulation is what the HRPP want. They would like life to be so awful so bereft of opportunities for ordinary families that they pack up and leave.

Isn't it true that if weather could be purchased from foreign powers that natural disasters toremove Samoa's population would suit the selfish HRPP then once the land was clear of other Samoans in would come a thousand years of fine weather.

Maua Faleauto

Remember the HRPP Constitution of 1986?

The seven official objectives of the HRPP as stated in its Constitution (January 1986) are:

1. To foster political education and provide leadership necessary to safeguard the rights, liberties, privileges and freedoms of the Samoan people and individuals; to protect their interests and to secure to them peace, security and prosperity in their native land;and to provide institutions which promote and guarantee to them economic, social and

 political welfare

2. To uphold the constitution of Samoa

3. To encourage and foster among the Samoans collectively and individually the spirit of independence, self reliance, industry, assertiveness and acquisitiveness

4. To demand and guarantee the protection of the vital Samoan interests by means of appropriate constitutional safeguards in the constitution of Samoa or any future constitutionof any government to be established in Samoa.

5. To devise the means of informing the Samoan people by means of political education or otherwise about the international or local body politics and finer and worthy aspects of other cultures, arts, music, philosophy, economics and other disciplines

6. To promote and encourage the means of improving the living standards of the people of Samoa.

7. To do all such other lawful things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of theforegoing objects.

I encourage the HRPP to return to its core values as stated in its constitution.

In terms of developing our society we are just as able as any other nation. We do not need

Page 24: Life or Death Samoa You Choose English & Samoan

money to ensure the economic, social and cultural rights of our people. We need leaders witha heart for the people. It has been said that intelligence without a regard for justice is merelycunning.

Cunning is defined in the Concise Oxford English Dictionary as

`skilled in achieving ones ends by deceit or evasion.

Why are poor countries poor?

In his book ` The Undercover Economist, published by Little, Brown in 2006 (reprinted four times in 2006) Hbk ISBN 0 316 732931; C format ISBN 0 316 731 161, Tim Harfordexplains why the ordinary people in poor countries are trapped in poverty.

He begins by pointing out the fact that economists used to think that economic wealth came

from a combination of manmade resources( roads, factories, machines, telephone systems),human resources (hard work and education) and technological resources (technical know howi.e high tech machinery).

He states that it is obvious that poor countries grow into rich countries by investing money in physical resources and by improving human and technological resources with education andtechnology transfer programmes.

Why are poor countries not catching up with rich countries in spite of huge foreign aid andforeign investment?

Harford points out that poor countries should show rapid signs of catching up to richcountries as slight improvements in resources show increasing benefits.

Harford points out the fact that countries like China, Taiwan and South Korea, Botswana,Chile, Mauritius and Singapore have become the fastest growing economies on the planet yetfifty years ago these countries lacked man made , human, technical and sometimes naturalresources and yet have grown much richer since then improving their education, technology

and infrastructure.

Harford states that a lack of improvement results from the theft of a nations resources by itsleaders.

Harford refers to an economist called Manour Olson who suggests that the poverty of the poor countries arises from stable dictatorships, which stunt their economic growth.

` A purely self interested dictator will realize that he cannot destroy the economy and starve

the people if he plans to remain in power because he would exhaust all the resources andhave nothing to steal the following year.

Page 25: Life or Death Samoa You Choose English & Samoan

Page 25 of 63

As long as a dictator feels secure in his power, he will not kill the goose that lays the goldeneggs.

He will not destroy a community which continues to produce opportunities for exploitation

`Like the disease whose very existence relies on the body it afflicts, the dictator has to keepthe economy functioning in order to steal from it.

This example from the to p creates `bandits, bandits everywhere.’

Self interested, ambitious people in power are often the cause of hardship for the poor aschecks and balances to prevent corruption are either removed or completely ignored.

Educating the population is the last thing anyone profits from doing. Keeping the populationignorant and vulnerable to exploitation is a necessary component in maintaining political

 power.

Traditional authorities and uneducated citizens are ignorant of models of healthy governanceand unable to comprehend the criminal genius developed in Western societies to exploitnative peoples and deprive them of their traditional lands and resources.

If a poor country has a thief for a leader, theft and dishonesty will be widespread because heneeds to allow others to steal in order to keep their support.

At the top of this dishonest hierarchy the money stolen from the nation may be measured inhundreds of millions or even hundreds of billions.

Further down the pyramid of wealth, development is prevented because the rules or laws of the society do not encourage projects or businesses which would be to the common good.

The web of corruption undermines every effort to improve the infrastructure, attractinvestment and improve educational standards.

The lack of trust in a community creates a dog eat dog society in which it is in most peoples

interest to take action that directly or indirectly damages everyone else.

The rot starts with the government but afflicts the entire society.

There is no point investing in a business because the government will not protect you againstthieves. So why not become a thief?

There is no point in getting an education because jobs are not handed out on merit but because of corrupt connections and the government does not provide good schools.

Good governance and economic growth are all about a better life for individuals, more

choice, less fear, less toil and hardship.

Letting a selfish few wallow in a nations wealth results in an ignorant and unhealthy population which is constantly being abused.

Do the selfish few need to be reminded that true power lies with the people?

Is Samoa a kleptocracy*?

Maua [email protected]

Kleptocracy means rule by a thief or criminal.

Small words and Evasive Silence.

What is happening in Samoa is the careful destruction of a people and a promised nation.

And around this destruction there are small words and evasive silence.

Democracy is about decision making; it has little to do with election campaigns.

Its promise is that political decisions be made after consultation with the people.

This is dependent upon the people being informed about the issues in questionand upon the decision makers having the capacity and will to listen and takingaccount of what they hear in reply.

Every form of protest against the tyranny of propaganda and misinformationis proper.

Those who have planned Samoa's destruction are cold, calculating and heartless.

They are foreigners who believe in nothing but greed. They believe in nothing butthemselves.

Witness the Human Rights Protection Party's refusal to vote to protect the Rights of Samoan

People when our Constitution commands them to protect all rights and fundamental rights

They refuse to believe in any scale of priorities beyond the pursuit of profit.

They seek to replace the joy of our Fa’aSamoa with control.

Throughout the World, extensive areas which were once rural places are being turned intozones.

The initial dismembering always comes from elsewhere and from corporate interests pursuing their appetite for ever more accumulation which means seizing natural resources

regardless of to whom the land or water belongs. ( The Land Titles Registration Act 2008 andthe Water Resources Management Bill 2008)

The exploitation soon demands airports, military and paramilitary bases to defendwhat is being siphoned off and collaboration with the local criminal underworld.(The Police Powers Act 2007 - Visiting specialists -Aitu- above the law with a licence to killand immunity from prosecution)

Tribal war, famine and genocide may follow.

(Read John Berger's book -` Hold Everything Dear'- Dispatches on Survival and Resistanceabout Globalisation)

Ask your government friends -why they have deserted our people?

Are you amazed just like me that I keep asking government or their HRPP supporters tocomment on serious issues and all they do is remain silent?

Is that what Samoan education is all about under the HRPP?

I say to Samoans worldwide-LOOK -THIS HAS BEEN DONE BEFORE TO OTHER COUNTRIES.

Globalisers have destroyed traditional cultures through dishonest legislation, manipulationand corruption.

They take what is not theirs.

They deny God. They steal in the dead of the night and ally themselves with the underworld.

Their values all relate to tupe ( money).

Being a politician is not about being as greedy as you possibly can. Its meant to be aboutserving and protecting the people.

You politicians will forever be remembered as the ones who sold out Samoa to foreigners. It must be the first step of any following government to disclose the state of the nation'sfinances and the money and assets of all politicians.

I keep saying to the Nation that the Human Rights Protection Party continue every day towallow in the money of the people.

As Starhawk says,

Dialogue is meaningless without accountability. It becomes simply an exercise in publicrelations making the institutions in question look sensitive while the violence of their policiescontinues unabated.!

Accept no government unless it will feed all its citizens

Professor Phillip Bobbitt writes in Terror and Consent: The Wars for the Twenty First

Century 2008- A Borzoi Book published by Alfred A. Knopf.A state that turns on its own citizens is a state of terror no matter what its constitutionalevolution.( p.230)A State of Terror must prevent individual self assurance from spreading within a society, for once enough people refuse to be cowed it will be difficult to return them to submission.(

p.199)The war aim of the state of terror is to bring about an environment of terror within whichconsensual choices – the selection of representatives and policies in a democracy, theoperations of the market, the exercise of religious freedom and other human rights, especiallythe rights of women but also the rights of the vulnerable racial, religious and ethnic groupscannot be maintained.( p.205)

Legitimacy in governance is a constitutional matter. The reverse is also true constitutionalgoverning is a matter of maintaining legitimacy. In the US courts affirm the legitimacy of government operations by insisting that theyconform to the provisions of the American constitution.

No act by government is lawful unless it comports with the letter and spirit of theconstitution. (p.242)All who are committed to government by consent do in fact share the belief that respect for the rule of law is the indispensible element in legitimate governance because protecting our rights is the purpose that empowers government in the first place.( P285)A state of consent is one in which all persons can exercise the rights of conscience and in the

politics of which the individual conscience plays the decisive role by means of a consensualsystem of laws. (P523)Both Machiavelli and Walzer observe that there are two different moral codes- one for thecivilian and one for the government official. ( p.368)Juan Forero, wrote in the New York Times June 24 2004`Latin American Graft & povertyTrying patience with Democracy’ `Class disparities and poverty levels have become so bad in Latin America that leaders are

being ousted in violent protests, politicians are being lynched by angry mobs and many people would rather have an honest tyranny than a democracy that serves as cover for  plundering the people’s resources.’ William T.

-When people feel threatened not safer under the Government.

-When the people cannot peacefully revoke the social contract. E.g. Using force or money togain power and retain it.

Samoa the most frightening aspect of our times is our government’s silence in the face of clear corruption.Words like good governance, democracy and transparency are used as if they were devoid of meaning by our leaders. We are told that the issues are too big and that we need InternationalRescue constantly.Foreigners promise to protect Samoan’s traditional rights. Yes, New Zealand even though ithas disrespected the traditional rights of our cousins-the Maori.I lay down a challenge. Samoa accept no government unless it will feed all of its citizensthree nutritious main meals and three light meals every day of the year. Perhaps that will keepthem out of mischief.

Born Free Not into Slavery – A Declaration of Independence

My father used to take much pleasure in telling me he was born free. A child could thrive between the jungle and sea on the bountiful food provided from our land – the land of our ancestors - Samoa. Pure water - abundant and unmeasured as mother’s milk, refreshing; a giftfrom God. No permission needed to drink deeply or to eat bananas and coconuts grown wild.Honey too, if we’re lucky. He taught me that a Samoan was a free child from God and nofurther value need be sought.

The Human Rights Protection Party want to own the water of life and sell it back to us -Samoans, who own it already under the Constitution. The Human Rights Protection Partywants to steal the land of Aiga and sell it on an open market without consulting the owners or

paying them a sene in compensation. They want us and our children and the unborn to enter

slavery for eternity in our own land. No free water or food from the land. No place of peace for a poor child to lay their head without having to enter slavery by payingrent or tax. Taxed lands are taken by Governments if you run out of money.

Enough is enough. The time has come Aiga of Samoa to divide ourselves from this thievinggovernment and for each family to declare its independence under the Fa’aSamoa andseparate from the State of Samoa. Without us, without our will, they are nothing. They do notrespect our rights or the Constitution.

They hold up the Land Titles Registration Act 2008, which takes the Sovereignty of our landfrom all Aiga members of Samoa and gives it to the State as the Absolute Owner, so they cancharge rent or taxes to all landholders in Samoa.

I call this the ultimate act of Treason because the Constitution forbids the taking of Aigaancestral land rights without the permission of at least 2/3 of all Samoan voters.

Yet in a further breach of the law the Head of State signed the Bill even though it was voidfor non- compliance with the Constitution.

The Water Resources Management Act 2008 allows the State of Samoa- the HRPP to sell theancestral water of Samoa to foreign companies.

How can we as a race avoid the pillaging of our traditional lands and resources if a criminalgang has taken control of our political process?

This is how independence from criminal government is won.

Let all village fono consult immediately.

Let the matai walk the borders of each District preventing free access accompanied by thestrongest men of each District. Declare a State holiday- close the roads for a day – let theyoung warriors proclaim the District’s independence.

Formally in writing advise the Attorney General that you have separated and that entry into

Page 31: Life or Death Samoa You Choose English & Samoan

the District will only be permitted upon application to the Matai Council of each District.

All land and traditional rights, including water, in each District are owned by the citizens andaiga of each District.

Samoa separate into independent sovereign States – based on our districts and reform after much consultation into a new political structure which we might call the Independent Statesof Samoa.

Let us declare our loyalty to God, to our Aiga and to the Independent States of Samoa.Let us flex our will and remove those who would steal away all of our freedoms. We will notrespect leaders who do not respect us! Districts remove their titles that they may no longer damage the rights of those they pretend to love. Dissolve their parliament of shame!

Long have we pleaded with the thieves of the HRPP and cried out to God. They have turnedtheir backs on God and our people. We must divide and declare the sovereignty of our

Districts and their traditional sovereign rights in order to reunite under God and in accordancewith the Fa’aSamoa.

For those who are not Samoan; please understand our wish for peace and the protection of our individual rights.

Understand we seek worthy governance, accountability and a corruption free society.

Understand how patient we have been with a political party which has constantly let us down.

Understand our need for foreigners to leave us to sort our own house out.Do not bring your foreign military to prevent us ousting dictators!
