The SCHMOLZ

In 1919, Arthur Schmolz and

Oswald Bickenbach founded

the distributor for special

steel products,

SCHMOLZ+BICKENBACH.

Soon they extended the

programme by the trade in

special steel and high-grade

steel. In 1929, the company

started the production of

bright steel. In 1933, the

firm laid the foundations for

production of bright steel

and storage of steels.

In 1981, SCHMOLZ+BICKENBACH acquired a
