A major boxing event organised for 300 people, alcohol and regulated entertainment offered without any Licence at all

On sales 68 visits, 25 sales i.e. 36.7% Off Sales 139 visits, 49 sales i.e. 35.2% All to face formal action Repeat offences leads to Premises Review
Emerging Issues for Enforcement
• Importuning/touting on the increase• Immigration issues on Takeaways 4 out 5
checked had illegal immigrants employed on the premises.
• Inappropriate entertainment/non compliance with the Strip tease guidelines
• Increased nuisance problems with Stag & Hen Hotels
