Freedom is an essential part of life as it allows all citizens to have the right to act on ones will without being criticized by others. It allows individuals to have their own rules that respect their individual rights and traditions and allows them to live the way they desire to a certain extent of which others are not offended.

Democracy


A form of government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised directly by them or by their elected agents under a free electoral system.


A democracy allows the public to participate in the government. This entitles citizens to have an equal say in what happens within the government since the power is invested in the people under an electoral system.

to live in peace, freedom, and safety, thus pledge honour to establish this Constitution for Libertia..

1. Every citizen has the following fundamental freedoms:I. Freedom of SpeechII. Freedom of ReligionIII. Freedom of opinion and expression

Each citizen is entitled to these freedoms subject only to such reasonable limits provided by the law in order that no citizen is harmed by any aspect in a free and constitutional society,

2. Every citizen has the right to freedom, security, and privacy along with the right not to be deprived thereof pertaining to the rule of law.

3. Every citizen has the right to vote in an election of members to represent a position in the society.

4. Every citizen has the right to be safe and secure from any environmental concerns that may cause harm or danger to the environment.

5. Each individual is equal under the law and holds the right to equal protection of the law without prejudice based on race, colour, or religion.

6. Each individual has the right to pursue happiness whereas no other persons’ rights have been infringed or denied.

7. In Libertia, everybody is fortunate enough to live in such a clean, safe, and just environment. Libertia provides Universal Health Care which entitles every citizen to coverage of most medical, dental, and mental health operations. This can help citizens to stay healthy and be free of health problems throughout their life. Citizens of Libertia have a high quality of life from: a clean environment, safety, and happiness. Citizens have the right to be deprived of any harm or danger that can be caused by several conditions including: media, environment, and prejudice. The censorship of offensive material on media prevents any objections among citizens.

8. In Libertia, each person is free to live equally, happily, and alongside

their beliefs without the infringement of ones rights. All citizens are entitled to live by their religion and pursue their happiness through what they desire. All people cooperate with each other accordingly allowing all citizens to be involved with achieving a fair and just consensus,

The establishment of this Constitution has been created according to the will of all citizens, and by means of this consent, allow these aspects to

commence the first Constitution of Libertia to establish freedom and order.

Flag

The flag of Libertia represents certain values and policies of its country. The white dove is a symbol for peace from the Old

Testament that is derived from Christianity. The term “Libertas” is Latin for freedom or liberty. The colors

incorporated carry an individual purpose. Green symbolizes harmony, safety, and peace as it is the most restful color for

the human eye. Blue symbolizes health, faith, and can provide a feeling of cleanliness (water purification). The yellow outline

surrounding the entire flag conveys feelings of joy and happiness alongside its catchy bright color.
