Mandrel rotation

• When rotate the mandrel, at the certain angle the mandrel is uncontrollable (rotate by it self)

• Will inspect mandrel rotation gear box

Coil to saddle short

• Both LE and RE insulation was damaged• The worst case was in RE shown in picture• Replace the in between insulation• Open up more the slit in RE (4.75 mm

measured at the tip of the slit); LE (3.0 mm)

L1 Packaging for curing

• Curing press is under repair, at least 1 week

• Add an push-down arc tooling (try piece for L2)

• Develop flexible end parts (accordion) for L2• Metal printing L2 end parts (10 days, ~$1,300)
