Strategies that Help
• Having non-discrimination policies • Trainings for all staff • Inclusive spaces/symbolism/resources• Clothing/hygiene for all • Intake forms/questions that are inclusive• Room/bathroom arrangements for all • Providing/connecting to competent services• Using inclusive language
