NOTICE Transfer of unclaimed dividend and equity shares to Investor Education,

and Protection Fund (IEPF) Notice be and is hereby given thal pursuant to the investor Education and Protection Fund Autonty (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 ("the Rules’). the final dividend declared for the financial year 2012-13 on September 10, 2013, that remained unclaimed for seven years and the corresponding shares on which dividend was unclaimed for seven consecutive years are due for transfer to the IEPF on October 16, 2020. The details of such shares and dividend liable to be transferred to IEPF is available on the website of the Company i.e. www.enbecindia.com. and has also been communicated to all the concerned sharenolders.

Concemed shareholders may nole that the Company would be issuing duplicate share certificate(s) in lieu of the original and upon such issue, the Company shall inform the depository by way of corporate action to convert the duplicate share certificates into DEMAT form and transfer in favour of IEPF a5 a result the original share certificate(s) will stand automatically cancelled and be deemed non-negotiable, Therefore, the concemed shareholders shall inform the RTA/Company on or before October 1, 2020, in absence of which as per the Rules, the dividend and shares would be transferred to the lEPF on or after October 16, 2020.
