Lexis Prep was intentionally designed to ensure student success. Our college preparatory

curriculum focuses on executive function skills by incorporating interactive, hands-on learning

experiences, breaking down large assignments into “bite-sized” steps, and providing a unique

emphasis on study and organizational skills. As a faculty, we are committed to honoring

students through recognizing and developing individual interests and talents. In this way,

students are encouraged to use these strengths to build self-confidence and enhance learning.

customized learning plan that establishes challenging yet attainable goals for your child.

To achieve these goals, our rigorous, college preparatory curriculum is enhanced by the use of

research-based instructional strategies. Small classes give students the opportunity to benefit

from more individualized attention, differentiated instruction, high levels of guided practice and

frequent corrective feedback.

how do we know if the custom plAn works for your child?

In addition to curriculum-based assessment and progress monitoring tools, the Northwestern

Evaluation Association (NWEA) Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) test is used to gauge

your child’s progress against two mutually important benchmarks: standards-based proficiency

and personal academic growth.
