9 What do the assessors look for? Evidence that is Valid relate to
the requirements of the standard Authentic candidates own work
Current recent enough to show candidate still possesses these
skills (usually within 2 years ). Sufficient when the quality and
quantity of evidence is sufficient to satisfy the assessor that
competence has been achieved

10 Reflective Management Report Should contain: An outline of how
and why you produced the evidence, and an explanation of the
underpinning academic concepts in order to demonstrate your
application of the knowledge and understanding requirements

13 Appeals procedure Step one please raise issue with your assessor
Step two - candidate submits written appeal to the internal
verifier for investigation. Step three - if issue unresolved it can
be escalated to City and Guilds.
