DearJudge,
Ihavedecidedtowritetoyou,duetothefactthatIcannotfindanyhelpat
SouthernDistrictofFloridaFederalCourt,andIneedhelptoresolvealegal
issue.
SinceDecember11,2012IhavebeenattemptingtofileaCivilCaseatSouthernDistrictofFloridaCourtandIambeingrefusedbytheClerkofCourt.
Whatitmakeitmorerevolting,isthewayIambeingrefusedbytheClerkofCourt.SimplytheenvelopecontainingtheComplaintoftheCivilCasewithout
anystatementfromtheClerkofCourt,ornameofthepersonwhohasreturned
theenvelope,datewhenwasreturned,signatureofthepersonreturningtheenvelope,astatementgiventhereasonsforreturning,andothernormalcourt
proceduresoIcouldgotoahigherauthorityorcourtinordertoobtainacorrectdecision.
Withoutsuchstatement,theCourtofAppealinAtlantacannotmakeanydecisionbecauseitdoesnotknowiftheComplaintwasrefusedtobefiledbythe
clerkofCourtatSouthernDistrictofFloridaFederalCourt,anditdoesthinkthat
thiscaseisrelatedtoacriminalcasethatIhavebeeninvolvedinbefore,whenitisnot.ThisisaCivilCaseforpersonalInjuryandCivilRightsViolation(aFederal
Question),forrefusaltomedicallytreatwhileinthecustodyoftheUnitedStatesFederalGovernment.
Iapologizeforsayingthis,butthiscaseistakingshapeofaCover-upStoryratherthananormalCivilCaseComplaint,anditreflectsoneverybodyatyour
facility.ThisisaFreeCountryandsuchthingsshouldnotbeallowedtooccur.
OnethingyouhavetoknowaboutmeisthatIamnotinafinancialpositionto
affordanattorneythatcouldfilethiscaseforme.Ontheotherhand,mostoftheattorneysareafraidtoputupafightagainsttheUnitedStatesGovernmentorits
employees.Manyhavetoldmethat,somychancestofilethiscaseisasyoucan
seeveryslim.

correspondence,soyoucanseewheretheconfusionwascreated.
Itrustyoucanhelpmeresolvethismatter,atleastwithafewwordswrittenonapaper,soIcouldseekthedecisionoftheCourtofAppealifitisnotpossiblefor
metofilethiscasewhichhasnothingtodowithanypreviouscases.
