l. I recommend SSgt Jesse Reynolds for consideration in any position as he explores his options in a new career field. Sergeant Reynolds has excelled in his career as a journeyman in the Electric Shop MXMCE then ·subsequently in the Aircraft Restoration Section. He has always looked to improve his knowledge to assist in organizational objectives. He has displayed a unique ability to interpret technical data, troubleshoot using wiring diagrams, comprehend policies and procedures and was on numerous occasions, tasked to explain the details to his peers. One example of his versatility was his multi-media abilities displayed during the complete establishment of a new work cards for the C-5M Restoration process. This project is now complete and forwarded to Warner Robins Engineering and his work will be included in Air Force technical data.
2. A uniquely gifted technician, SSgt Reynolds is not satisfied unless he is involved in the shops most detailed and comprehensive repairs or projects. He maintains strong computer skills and utilizes the most advanced computer programs with determination and ease. He has built numerous Microsoft Excel, Project and Power point documents, charts and graphs to help supervision manage the Aircraft Restoration Program and other maintenance related processes. His spirit of volunteerism during many events such as contractor request to support weekend or non-duty day work has not gone unnoticed.
4. I cannot over emphasize the expanded technical capability that Sergeant Reynolds has brought to the Restoration Section and the Maintenance Group. Further, he is always seeking out new techniques and truly enjoys the challenge of the career field and am sure would display the same fervor if tasked with a new one. He has a pleasant demeanor and never hesitates to perform a task whether simple or complex. He has been an outstanding addition to the maintenance workforce and since departing the C-5M program has been sorely missed. Once again, I recommend SSgt Reynolds for thoughtfol consideration as he explores· his possibilities in a new career field.
