• So today's lesson is all about adding, deleting and organising your friends (or contacts).

manage and save contact details using an address book by adding a new contact, deleting a contact, storing contacts using a planned structure, retrieving contact details, creating and using groups effectively.

Task 1 Storing contacts using a planned structure.

• What is a planned structure?– Folders!

• Create the following 3 folders:– Friends– Teachers– Family

• The process is the same as when you created folders for your emails.– Hint: Look for this button first.
