Project Design & Management

LEOTECH manufactures commercial walk-in-chillers

& freezers, remote and self contained units,

modular, custom-built walk-in-coolers, temperature

controlled rooms and refrigerator monitoring

systems. Our walk-in-chillers and freezers are

scientifically designed for both split and mono block

systems with top of the line technology and

accessories.

These systems are designed, manufactured and

installed safely for larger applications. Refrigeration

systems are available in different configurations as

individual or centralized power pack (Rack) system.

Custom-built doors are available for both coolers

and freezers with a variety of metal finish. Choice of

various panel surface materials like PVC laminated,

Plastisol-coated, stucco aluminum ,Stelvetite-coated

and pre painted are also available. We provide

different options for hinged, sliding and motorized

doors with wall cladding.

The spacious room offers a maximum capacity for

all your walk-in chiller and freezer needs.

The interior of the container is fitted with proper

lighting and controlled temperature. These units

are built on a mobile unit to be used as Mobile

Refrigeration System.

Different types of cold rooms can be made and it is

being used as portable units which are built on

strong base to get maximum strength. It is capable

of high mobility including offshore applications.

Depending on the client’s requirements, the

complete unit can be built to the size of container

trailer so that it can be transported and lifted easily.

The refrigeration system can be installed within the

room, which would facilitate a safe cold room ideal

for any locations.

To provide perfect alignment and thermal barrier,

jointing is effectively ensured by incorporating a

tongue & groove joint along with the full length of

the panels. Concealed cam lock system is fitted at

every 1000mm which pulls the panels tightly

together to prevent condensation build up and

reduce the possibility of heat transfer.

Refrigerated Transport SystemOur refrigerated transport system has a

specialized solution to convert the truck bodies

into a chiller, freezer or combination of both. The

refrigerated transport system is designed to

maintain the freshness of the goods even under

the severe environmental and physical such as

extreme temperature, humidity, shock and

vibrations.

Special bodies are made with movable partitions

for multi-temperature applications with single,

double and triple rear doors and side doors to

serve in multiple uses. Bodies can have various

surface finishing such as PVC, Plastisol, Leather

Grain, Smooth pre-painted Steel, Stainless steel,

GRP skins, etc.

Truck doors are supplied with various surface

finishes like pre painted steel or glass reinforces

plastic. The hardware supplied is generally of

Stainless Steel and can be recessed into the doors

or surface mounted. We use well known brands

like Thermo King or Carrier units for refrigeration

systems.

Flake & Block Ice PlantA unique design for high efficiency and maximum

productivity of flake and block ice. Our

Containerized Flake and Block Ice Machine is

used for commercial and industrial applications.

This all-in-one System offers great advantage to

the client like low foot space, flexibility to install

anywhere and can be re-located very easily. It

can be installed in a 20 or 40 feet container and

produce a capacity of 3 to 40 tons of flake ice

per day. This factory-installed and pre-charged

ice plant can be easily connected to the main

electric and water supply and is ready for

immediate production.

Our Ice Machines are compact units with an

optimum performance compared to size and

produce flake & block ice.

Super and Hyper Market Refrigeration systems.

Present Hypermarket refrigeration systems require

very large refrigerant charges for their operation and

can consume as much 1-1.5 million kWh annually.

Several new approaches, such as distributed,

secondary loop, low-charge multiplex, and

advanced self-contained refrigeration systems, are

available that utilize significantly less refrigerant.

Analyses show that if properly designed and

implemented, these advanced systems can reduce

annual energy consumption by over 10% and total

equivalent warming impact (TEWI) by as much as

60%.

Supermarkets are one of the most energy-intensive

types of commercial buildings. Chilled and frozen

food in both product display cases and storage

PanelsPanels are insulated with Polyurethane, using foaming agents which are Echo friendly and CFC free, which will retain the essential thermal insulation features for the product storage. The Panels are neither toxic nor irritating and do not support development of fungi or mildew. The products are classified as B2 according to Eurpean fire retardant systemsPanels are available in different thickness like 50,80,100,120,150 and 200 mm and the density also can be adjusted according to the projects needs and available budget. The standard panel width comes 1170mm and length comes up to 12 meters and can be produced according to the size required by the customer or Poject demands Jointing fo panels ensured by specially sized tongue and groove joints and locked by Cam-locks. This system ensures total air tightness to the cold store and increases the strength and stability of the structure.

volume of cooled space to be selected which results

system is externally mounted-can be easily serviced

and maintained from outside room with minimum

cold room content for access.

Centralized Monitoring &Control SystemLEOTECH innovate new technologies in the region by using and designing centralize monitoring and controlling system:-1-Using advance temperature, pressure and humidity controllers which are compatible with application software for remote management to be used in refrigeration, heating, climate control and solar heating systems.

2-Using Programmable Logic Controller(PLC),Human Machine Interface (HMI) and Supervisory Control and Data Accusation (SCADA) for refrigeration and climate control solution which has following advantage in compare to other system:
