What we want to achieve, is:

• To bring administration services closer to the citizens

• To enhance the workflow between county and municipalities (Ämter)

• To achieve a surplus in eGovernment by integrating third party services




How to archive these aims:

• Implementation and evaluation of 2 stand-alone service terminals

• Implementation and evaluation of 1 mobile citizen service suitcase

• Evaluation of existing citizen service offices




Service terminals:

• Self standing, unmanned terminals

• Offering access to the existing online service portal

• Additionally call back button available




Mobile citizen suitcase:

• Mobile office, offering complete administrative services

• Location changes in time

• Personal contact available

• Similar Evaluation concept (log files/questionnaires)
