The Iacomi family, with Iulian Iacomi President of PSD Calarasi and mayor Lehliu Gara (PNL candidate for 2 weeks) and his family, with Ion Iacomi, mayor of PNL Dor Marunt, managed in 20 years to configure the Lehliu Gara City Hospital, according to their personal needs. Thus, Iacomi hired 6 family members in the hospital, put a good friend (Mr. Mircea Danga) as Manager and fired the "disobedient" elements. He also employed, on the payroll, a number of over 30 people close to them, members of the medical staff, in various positions. Thus, an important department in the Hospital is the Sampling Lab, where the total collaboration of those on the department is necessary! Thus, the citizen Stejaru Vasile, a member of the Iacomi group, gets "drunk dead" to take biological samples, where the criminal team immediately jumps to the rescue and solves the situation. In the following days, Vasile Stejaru was quietly driving his car!

(A) On June 19, 2020, around 01.00 am, a police crew found in the curve at Ogoru (com. Dor Marunt), an individual under the influence of alcohol, named Vasile Stejaru, a prominent member of the Iacomi Criminal Group. He was tested with the breathalyser and climbed into the police car, where he was taken to Lehliu Gara for sampling. At Lehliu Gara, once they arrived, they were sent to Mrs. Dr. Iliescu V Lizica (on duty), where the traffic agents requested the taking of blood samples, in order to determine the blood alcohol level. As soon as he was taken from Ogoru, Vasile Stejaru called Iulian Iacomi to resolve the situation. Iulian Iacomi, the mayor, through whatsapp contacted Mircea Vasile Danga -Hospital Director, who in turn contacted Buraga Costel Chief of Police Lehliu and Dr Iliescu V Lizica, to solve with the evidence! Thus, Iulian Iacomi called on the mobile 3 other members of the Iacomi Infractional organization, namely: 1) Puschiu Bradut, close relative of Iacomi Iulian and the one through whom he acquires various properties, including Mr. Chirman's farm, from Chirman Prest for example, bought in the name of Puschiu and Ion Iacomi. This Bradut Puschiu is a key member in the criminal organization, he having the function of financial "buffer" and action factor, he also ensures the connection with the clan members from the Athletes Clan and the Foreman Clan from Razvani and Bucharest.

Puschiu Bradut arranged on Whatsupp with Buraga Costel to send Mari Politistul! Thus, while Dr. Iliescu V Lizica takes time to take the samples, in Lehliu Gara Hospital, 4 members of the criminal group arrive in record time to solve the tests. The harvesting process begins and immediately, one after the other, two samples are collected from Vasile Stejaru, without respecting the one-hour period between samples, according to the law. Meanwhile, Mari Lazar (the criminal policeman-Lehliu Gara) humiliates, threatens and throws the two police officers out of the lab. While Mari Lazar, the policeman, threatens the two policemen from the traffic and holds them responsible because they stopped someone in Ogoru, in Iulian Iacomi's village, Puschiu Bradut enters the lab and Dr. Iliescu takes 2 samples of blood from him as well and Vasile Stejaru's samples are thrown in the trash can next to the chair, in the lab. They were so well organized that the traffic police didn't even notice! When the two police officers (one tall with glasses and bald), one of them from Radovanu, as far as we managed to find out, entered the lab again, and completed the process of taking samples as evidence. They did not even understand that the evidence had been changed. In the package taken, however, were the samples of Puschiu Bradut, who drank "only a beer" 2 hours ago, anyway he had less alcohol than Vasile Stejaru who was “dead” drunk (as they would brag the next day). Police officers left with the evidence. The members of the Criminal Group do not appear on the list of visitors of Lehliu Gara Hospital as persons entered, although it is clear in the records how they enter the hospital gate. In the end, they all leave the hospital in a hurry. According to our information, the sample did not reach SML Calarasi, to determine the blood alcohol level. In this way, the Criminal Group solved the problem of collecting biological samples! It is not the first time that the Criminal Group uses this mechanism, through which it rewards doctors and nurses, with money for non-existent guards, extra salary money and bonuses from the hospital budget, a budget also controlled by Iulian Iacomi, Mayor of Lehliu Gara. However, the night is more difficult, due to the fact that the members of the Group cannot be easily contacted in case of intervention. However, Dr Iliescu notes in her file that "the second sample was taken at 1:45 minutes", which is false. In fact, at 1:45, Puschiu Bradut was the one giving the blood sample, as a funny fact! At Lehliu Gara, the medical staff, the traffic agents and the Criminal Group members allowed a series of illegalities, which Mr. Prosecutor Xenofnonte Purcarea, the one who will receive this complaint, will not find worthy of a criminal complaint and will send them (by guillotine) through the Romanian Post, where the Post staff will photograph them and send them to the Criminal Group. However, the exceptional mobilization of the Group is interesting, even if Danga Mircea (the director of the Hospital) was at that time in Hungary! Usually this is the one who comes quickly and solves the situation! Another key element is the way in which, under the existing organization model, the Mayor practically owns the City Hospital, and through the Manager he actually leads the entire activity of the hospital. It is also important to note that Danga Mircea (director of Lehliu Gara Hospital) starts every morning at the mayor Iulian Iacomi's office, where he drinks his coffee! Daily!

As the DNA Prosecutors found that the amount illegally appropriated, ie theft, is small, much too small for DNA Bucharest, they threw the complaint to Xenofonte Purcarea, Chief Prosecutor of Calarasi County, the first and most important man in the fight against criminals in Calarasi!

Xenophon, however, sends it (the complaint) directly to Iulian Iacomi, to be resolved (HE COVERED THE ROBBERY). What are the chances of any ordinary Romanian, any common man in front of the Criminal Group members dressed the clothes of Senators / Deputies / Mayors? Answer: zero chances! And as we know almost everyone, we prepared the indictment, we demonstrated the mechanism, the system, the participants, everything on the table! In August 2020, the members of the group sell asphalt material quietly, defended by the Ministry of Transport, which sent us a hallucinatory answer, and by the Chief Prosecutor Xenofonte Purcarea, the one who takes care to protect the Criminal Group with POLITICAL clothes. Below are excerpts from the complaint sent to the National Anticorruption Directorate in May of this year. I hereby complete the criminal complaint PH300 / 8860-VIII / 2020, submitted to DNA Bucharest and sent it to the competent competence of Mr. Chief Prosecutor Xenofonte Purcarea, Calarasi Prosecutor's Office. The aim is to prove the power of attorney, to follow the criminal line, to document the facts and to retain the evidence, in the case of the robbery on A2 in particular, a robbery organized and led by Iacomi Iulian, PSD Mayor Lehliu Gara. In order to prove the thefts and to facilitate the work of the Prosecutors, we appealed to Mr. Sofian Costache (0726630017) - part of the Iacomi group - President of PSD Lehliu Gara. He generally has in stock 4-8 trucks of 50t each, ready for delivery, at Lehliu, he is in difficulties and he sold 2 trucks to Ichim Marian (leasing transfer). Thus, on 11.05.2020, although Sofian knows that in our company, everything has to be delivered with an invoice, he agreed (he needed the money) to send me 4 trucks with asphalt (material from A2). Thus, at a price of 1400 RON / truck (50 tons), this one through driver Mitu Ion, brought and unloaded in our unit 4 trucks with mixture (wear layer from the dredge area - where we are working now). For these goods, at the end, he offered me an invoice and a receipt (see attachment 1), but out of 4 trucks he lost 1 truck! He made the bill on 3 trucks. 1 truck was lost! Under the heading "product name", it is written "optimal mixture". In this way, the asphalt stolen from A2 is whitewashed in a colossal criminal structure with the direct involvement of the Bucharest Ministry of Transport, CNAIR Constanta, the Calarasi County Council (Iuliuta Vasile) and the Iacomi Criminal Group.

OPTIMAL MIXTURE As no one sells the asphalt mixture, being in fact the property of the Romanian State and another very important fact (the mixture must be re-used in the station), Sofian issues fictitious invoices, for which he has no entry, invoices that deliver the asphalt material as an OPTIMAL mixture!

PROOF In our unit there is currently a quantity of 200t of asphalt mixture, which is kept in stock along with other items stolen by the "group" Iacomi (for example the probe pipe). Samples were sent to Belgium, at the headquarters, both from the sample brought to us and from the area where the drilling out is performed (the bridge leading to Valcelele). The evidence is identical, it is the same material. In our unit there is 1000m2 of A2, at a price of 1120 euros! In the last 7 years, our unit has documented the theft organized and involving the multiple INSTITUTIONAL

collaboration of CNAIR, PSD, Calarasi County Council, of a volume of 1.5 million m3. It was also documented how the asphalt mixture is included in contracts with the Romanian State (Mayors, Local Councils) and through which the mixture is sold as "paving" works at exorbitant prices, with the direct involvement of a long chain of civil servants and mayors.

It should be noted that the EC (European Commission) contributed 70.81 million euros, together with the European Investment Bank (250 million euros) and the Romanian State to the construction of the A2 Motorway.

The damage calculated by our unit, in case of haircuts is 29,560,300 euros at the NBR exchange rate from 15.05.2020. The storing place on the A2 hidden from prying eyes

I saw exceptional people at ISU Calarasi / Lehliu, but the bosses are not People, they are Demons! How ISU Dobrogea

and Calarasi end up being run by people who stole money with the Calarasi Sports Association, how 90 tons of diesel disappear and how the file is buried with the help of the Calarasi Prosecutor's Office only in the Lehliu - daily Experiment with print dedicated exclusively to Calarasi Criminal Groups.

Description of the committed deeds: In the period 2019-2020, with predilection, Lt. Col. Gheorghe Catalin, appointed in 2005 in the rank of Lt. Colonel, established / formed in the ISU Lehliu Section, an Organized Crime Group, with the total information and collaboration of ISU Calarasi, through his friend Lt. Col Paduraru Adrian, materialized by aligning with the Organized Crime group coordinated by Iacomi Iulian. It is found that firefighters are forced to raise money monthly from their salaries to be given to the head of the unit - Gheorghe Catalin. Thus, starting with 2007 as "head of fodder", ie as an employee of the Ministry of Interior, each one gives 10 RON per month, money for "buckets and mops", money that reaches the boss. For example 10 ron x 87 employees MAI = 870 ron / month! They were collected at Lehliu Gara, on the table 3000 RON for the arrangement of the parking lot, the one in the yard of the unit, money that reached Lt. Col. Gheorghe Catalin for personal use. At the same time, he rents the studio in the studio block in Lehliu Gara (he is from Poiesti, so he is detached). Lt. Col. Gheorghe Catalin sleeps in the unit, in the office, a fact known to Lt. Col. Paduraru Adrian. Lt. Col. Gheorghe Catalin organizes often (at least once a week), with Danga Mircea (Director of Lehliu City Hospital) drinks in the ISU unit, drinks in which both brag to everyone about their exceptional sexual performance, with MAI or Lehliu Gara Hospital employees. Many times, the drinks continue in the newly renovated Polyclinic in Lehliu Gara, where the two arrive by car drunk!

Lt. Col. Gheorghe Catalin instituted a regime of terror against the MIA employees who are not submissive, they being punished with numerous tasks. Lt. Col. Gheorghe Catalin submits the unit completely to the Iacomi Group, hiring Iacomi's fictional characters, such as Pompier Rica (named Dinca Relu Catalin), Iacomi Iulian's son-in-law, and the man who appears in the Lehliu Experiment material from Recorder, and has an important role in the election fraud in 2017. Rica is a fictitious employee of Lt. Col.

Gheorghe Catalin instructs the SSPA on each shift how to round the hours of operation of the equipment, so that the additional diesel can be stolen by Lt. Col. Gheorghe Catalin for his personal use. The SSPA makes the consumption sheet and signs at the end! Under threat, they round off the operating hours and put the boss's diesel in the tank! For a month each Firefighter receives 3 masks (made of paper) and 2 pairs of glasses released based on signature, in the conditions in which they are in meetings almost daily, participate in interventions, etc. In mockery, they were sent to the interventions of Lt. Col. Gheorghe Catalin, who among others has as main concern the finding of solutions together with Purcarea Mihai, who also collects money monthly on the notebook, to move MAI employees who do not cooperate to MAI ISU Budesti!

We found out that after the publication of Episode 1 of the Fictitious MIA employees, the Iacomi Clan, with the support of the Group Members, the first sergeant Purcarea Mihai and the tacit participation of Buraga Costel - Lehliu Gara Police Chief, and the Lehliu Gara Prosecutor's Office, together with Iacomi Iulian arrange to move the concrete casting workshop on the location of the former IBITZA discotheque, in Lehliu Gara, far from the eyes of curious people, on a land owned by Oancea, the one with the agricultural equipment from the exit of Lehliu to Lehliu Sat,

also a member of the Iacomi group. The land is in the field, on private property, away from the road. Iacomi Iulian immediately took care to connect the team to non-stop electricity from the public system of Lehliu Gara City, with "free" electricity paid for by the "stupid citizens". Buraga Costel is informed of the action, the theft of electricity, facts and audio recording, but until today 26.08.2020, Buraga Costel did not take any action, moreover, he was filmed and recorded during discussions with the Fictitious employees, the team that produces a lot of money for the Group. Lehliu Gara, MIA-ISU employees (Rica for example - Dinca Relu Catalin- Iulian Iacomi's son-in-law), employees from MAI Calarasi crews that have the area related to Lehliu City. SSI is organized by Iulian Iacomi and led with an iron fist by Buraga Costel - Chief of the Lehliu Gara City Police. They answer only to the Law of Lacomi Land, but they are paid by the citizens, with public money! Two weeks ago (on August 17), Ion Iacomi, Mayor of Dor Marunt, and PNL candidate for a new term as Mayor, comes to the door of Aurel S, from Dor Marunt, upset with him for a post on Facebook, posted in which Aurel S, says that "This is how Ion Iacomi will leave Dor Marunt City Hall". The caricature, which shows a lizard with some resemblance to a genital organ, is just a caricature! Aurel S, from Dor Marunt, is mentally ill, dyslipidaemia, lacunar stroke, stroke, hypertension, had a stroke and is not in full mental faculties. This is known by all the villagers, by the Mayor Ion Iacomi and by all the Police agencies from Dor Marunt. Ion Iacomi sends the Local Police crew and jumps Aurel S, without a warrant, takes him to the Dor Marunt section, physically abuses him, pushes him and threatens him for two hours, in which he is forced to keep his mask on his mouth! For a Facebook post of a cartoon, Aurel is humiliated, screamed at, and Aurel stretches out his hands crying and tells them to handcuff him! Two and a half hours later he is brought home by the Dor Marunt Police car, and at home he has a fall, he has a serious crisis. 30 years after the Revolution, we are in the same situation where the Criminal Group’s Security Structures are crushing people with their boots, humiliating them.

I went to bed and my wife came out. After Ion Iacomi came, the Police came. Aurel: -No. He didn't come that day. The wife says: -They came, they shouted at the gate, Aurel, Aurel, I told them he was sleeping, they introduced themselves and asked what nonsense he posted there. Moreover, they use hydrated lime instead of cement, and mixed with it to reduce costs! The work and the fence in all the locations, represent a slap in the face to the whole community, through the mockery, the miserable quality and the terrible quality of the installation done!

After 7 hours, the doctors from Medgidia, manage a miracle for that time! They fix the legs and put both feet in plaster. Six months later, my father, a master builder, takes me with him to go to Niculaie to thank him! Niculaie was a gypsy, he had 4 children my age, beautiful and sharp as devils! After crying for half an hour on each other's shoulders, my father wants to help him with money to finish his house. He had a brick of money, a lot, and Niculaie was poor, while I was playing with Niculaie's children in the dirt, a stick game. Niculaie didn't even want to hear and after weeks of insistent requests he agreed to accept help from my father, to finish the house that was not ready at that moment.

-That's how I became a gypsy! Niculaie, a Roma, father of four children, risked his life to save mine! The gypsy woman, an exceptional mom! I also grew up with my grandparents from Navodari, also among gypsies, Lipovans, Turks and Romanians. I caught the weddings made by gypsies with 10-year-old children and 11-year-old boys, the sale of girls on beads of gold coins and the horse steaks that I couldn't touch as a child (I love horses!). My grandfather and I went into the gypsy houses, he painted their rooms and we saw how difficult it was for the gypsy woman to offer the little ones the many things necessary for living. The children sat next to the gypsy grandmother, like chicks next to the hen. The difference between my grandmother and the gypsy grandmother was that the gypsies were extremely poor and the gypsy had to work miracles! They made candied apples, sesame seeds candies, and much more, we fought for them ...! The gypsy had to do a lot with so little at hand and they didn't have what the Romanians had. They were discriminated against then, they are discriminated against even now, a sad reality! How many of you have entered the courtyard of some gypsies to notice the warmth of the gypsy woman around the children, the warmth of the gypsy grandmother when she hugs her grandchildren? The gypsy mother is as loving as any mother and this is because regardless of the details, the mother is the key to our evolution, to society, an element that must be respected and protected by all of us! The years passed and the gypsies struggled to integrate, but in fact, they were and still are rejected by society, isolated, cornered, the gypsies had to fight to survive. The biggest problem - education - poverty - lack of jobs! Still current, the failure of the social upbringing of the gypsy, of the Roma, is in fact our failure of all!

In Calarasi In Calarasi, a few weeks ago, during the holidays, at the Notary, on the ground floor of the block with the exploded apartment, me and 30 gypsies! My gypsies each came with two witnesses, to obtain the papers so that they could leave the country, to get their passports. Because they didn’t know how to write, they needed two witnesses. I didn't understand what everyone was doing there! When I realized the whole picture, when I understood why there are so many, all young, illiterate, I went outside and cried! -God, how can you bear us! Very painful! What a failure, ours of all! The notary told me: "-There are hundreds every day" .. A few days ago, Ludovic Orban came out, after a quick visit to Calarasi and Oltenita, and declared that "there are some who walk around with money at night to buy votes". Orban does not know that the visits to Calarasi are the ones that will end his political career! When you are full of yourself, employed at the Fire Department for 7000 RON per month, at Lehliu Gara, Chief of Crew, medalist once every two years, without going to work, when you drive 5 cars and you are full, you have 3 apartments, it is easy to do politics and to judge others! How do you say that to a man who has no money for bread and who thinks that he does not have enough money to buy a juice to his child and a backpack to send him to school? Do Ludovic or Ciolacu or Ponta think that for the one who sells the vote, it matters who leads? He does not see any progress anyway, no matter who comes to power!

How do you judge the seller, when he is actually fighting to survive? In Razvani, in the absence of the Prosecutor, the Justice, and with the direct complicity of the MAI structures in the last 30 years, gypsies were abandoned! Everyone had to do their best! Which out there, which here, that's how the Clans appeared! Likewise, the Romanians took the path of mass emigration! Clans appeared as a necessity, they are in fact well-knit and organized families; as bad deeds went unpunished or briefly punished, forgiven. Thus, once unpunished, as in the case of Ion and Iulian Iacomi, the gypsies began to do even more evil, and more, as they were still not punished! So do the Romanians, and they are formed on the structure of clans in the political world in particular! Is that how the police came to call them when they entered Razvani to ask their permission?! But the relationship of friendship is much wider and can only be explained by the failure of Justice to Judge, the failure of the Prosecutor to do Justice and most importantly, the FAILURE OF THE POLITICAL CLASS WHICH ABANDONED THE ROMA MINORITY BUT ALSO THE ROMANIANS. But the gypsies, the Roma, have become more numerous, they have started to be no longer a minority, but they are still kept in the basement of society, and nowhere can you see better that than in Razvani, what this means. While in Ogoru, Ion and Iulian paved even the road to the cemetery, which no one passes, in Razvani, a village kept in the Stone Age, you don't find a drop of asphalt, ant sidewalk,…, only Razvani citizens, in Buzoieni same disaster, but European city taxes! Children roam the streets and the streets are full of their shouts, and the gypsies look particularly suspicious and attentive at every passer-by. With clubs and axes, swords, crowbars and others, the gypsies from the Clans are ready to seal a street with cars, in case they are attacked, and even Iulian Iacomi, sent a brigade a few years ago to punish some who did not vote with him, they fought with the gypsies as in Tarantino's films, with crowbars, axes, bats, etc. Instead of having a few factories, where they can all work, they are gradually pushed to the periphery of society, illiteracy and crime. They end up in jail and get out fast! They come to them to buy their vote! That's all! In Razvani, a Prosecutor in 2 hours collects and cleans Razvani and puts them all in two vans (but to take them away)! For 20 people, a community suffers terribly! Particularly violent and aware that nobody does anything to them, gypsies all over Romania fight with beatings, axes, crows during the day at noon, and the policeman is actually empty-handed and is better for him to not get involved! The antisocial deeds are unpunished, because in 30 years the political class, led by corrupt and incompetent politicians, who changed their orientation at each election cycle, chopped the Romanian Laws in such a way that Justice has become a bad joke, DNA an useless appendix, which does not impose any respect.

Once politically influenced, Justice loses its role as a social coagulant! Slowly, society fragmentation and segregation appears!

Romania and Bulgaria represent a huge problem for the European Union, because they are countries where Justice is no longer relevant, they are led by Organized Crime gangs, spread over all levels where there is money. People no longer have a partner, they have an oppressor, they are robbed.

You can see this reality in Lehliu Gara better than anywhere! By breaking the laws, the City Hospital is transformed into a swinery run by an eminently bad and thief Mayor, the High School, run by the wife of the one named by the mayor as boss in the Forest District, becomes a hut, where children don’t ;earn anything, Schools and Kindergartens are infested with fear and also controlled by the Mayor and his relatives, stolen and robbed, other institutions are also controlled by the Mayor, the budgets, the investments, everything revolves around a man! The drama makes this MAN eminently BAD and always the same, concerned only with his own well-being! Calarasi County is a failure! The city of Calarasi is a failure, it looks 1000 times worse than Luanda, the capital of Angola! Pushed to the margins of society, many of the Roma in Razvani choose work and the long road to Bucharest or abroad! Many, many, far too many! Hundreds go to work every day! Did you know that 35 citezens of Razvani from Clans commit serious illegal acts! Everyone suffers for them! We were upset that they sell their votes, but there was no one to talk to the gypsies honestly! To help them at Government level with a strategy of eliminating poverty, eliminating illiteracy, a strategy of real economic development! Not just talks and money thrown at elections! The same strategies are necessary for all of us, not just for them! -Who can do something like this PSD? PNL? USR? Ponta, Orban, Ciolacu, Iacomi, Gogosel? For a better life, the Roma will have to understand that beyond the immediate need they have a duty to the rest of us, and we will have to understand that they are our brothers and the Romanian in you and the Gypsy in me are one and the same man…

The gypsy's pride As a child, I saw the gypsies tortured and set aside, beaten by the militia in vain, so when they grew up, they made exceptional efforts to integrate, in what they saw around them as normal! They lost their dress, their necklaces, partly their identity, their language, but not their soul! They remained as proud as the rest of us, maybe even a little more! When my brother-in-law was building his house, in 6m high Navodari, Noni, my gypsy, with whom I grew up, also built a house and did not put the lid on the house until my brother-in-law put his lid first. Then he raised the roof by 1 m, over his! He had this ambition and that says a lot! He suffered and was tortured and offended at school for being a gypsy, but he kept quiet and moved on! Both the gypsy and the Romanian suffered together and we are brothers, good and bad, and it will depend on all of us, the heads of families, the clans, if they will have the power to say no to selling their votes in Razvani! We all suffer, the water in the wells is poisoned, the children get sick, they live like in the Congo, and the Clan chiefs were wrong to accept the sale of the votes! Will the Razvani citizens have the power to break the chain of corruption in the coming elections? Let everyone vote as they see fit?! Should Roma families sit together and talk? And they are as divided as we are! Did you know? I say yes! And I know what I'm saying! If not for us at least for our children, to fight for a better life, to leave them something better, nobler, cleaner, to teach them respect and to educate them, as the highest priority! status of a town, Lehliu Gara looked bad, but now it looks even worse than then! The European Union has been noticing the slippage since 2007 and is aware that it is impossible to operate a high capacity Biodiesel plant without a large amount of water available, a river for example, without a modern treatment plant, the impact on the environment , on the population is devastating! The Union supports investment that brings jobs, but in terms of environmental conditions, the responsibility lies with Romania, as a sovereign state! As a result, through the Union's mechanisms, an alarm signal is sounded, and the Romanian Institutions are warned (in vain) about the essential requirements of setting up such a plant, in an area without a constant source of water (the existence of a river ), as well as the medium and long term consequences (on the environmental side) in case of establishing such a refinery. The alternative In 2011, Through SC Petrochem Technologies SRL, a Group coordinated by one of the EU entities, decides to offer an alternative to the Lehliu Gara area and after a careful analysis, a breach is identified that with EU support, can bring jobs, can help sustainable development of Baragan, Lehliu City, along with Prio! Thus, in 2011, a line of Credit is granted, letters of guarantee from a group of investors eager to invest in the Lehliu Gara-Dor Marunt area, 65 million Euros, in the first phase! The aim was to establish a Public-Private Partnership, with the European Financial Machine behind it, through which the Equestrian Industry (horses) was set up in Romania on the model of UK legislation. 65 million Euros, legislative packages to help horse breeders, the establishment in Public-Private partnership of Hippodrome at Dor Marunt or Lehliu, the renovation of the existing ones (the one in Ploiesti for example), etc. In short, 3000 jobs in 3 years, at national level - 1000 in the Lehliu area, non-refundable money, without obligations for the Romanian State!

In Lehliu, Iulian Iacomi, said that there would be some land, but out of love for the Portuguese, he said that "there is not much left"! "The secretary will look into the book to see what other lands she can find." At Dor Marunt, the project is blocked at Romsilva, which owns the 300+ ha of the former stud farm! The only one interested in Dor Marunt, the then mayor Mr. Nitulica! Round tables were held with the Ministries, Senators, Romsilva, Associates, Mayors, etc! There was only one problem in the Dutch approach: Lack of bribe! And now on this land (of the Dor Marunt stud farm), cereals are growing, quietly! At Lehliu Gara, on the land that now belongs to the Refinery, weeds are growing! Petrochem's discussions with the City Hall are blocked, as the Dutch do not "pay the bribe"! Water spilled on the field in ditches at Prio 2012, almost purified!

The refinery (factory) needs a quantity of water 5 times higher than the total consumption of Lehliu Gara, every day of operation.

"At the reception of the factory, about 1.5% of the value of the investment will go as a tax to the city budget, money that the mayor Iulian Iacomi says will invest in infrastructure. "It simply came to our notice then. All the money will go to water, sewerage, gas ", said the mayor. According to him, the only facility offered was that for the land purchased from the local council was paid "a symbolic price" Source EVZ (So it was, all the money went to …… ..)

In Lehliu there were and still are 7 problems:

1) The land, namely the fact that it is necessary a land of 10-50ha to begin with, without putting the necessary land for crops (raw material). At Lehliu Gara, the only piece of land that is as big as possible, which is suitable is the current one (where the refinery is located)! For "a symbolic price" the problem has been solved! This "symbol" is a hilarious, transfigured element! Later, out of wild love for Prio, he arranged for them to have a few dozen more hectares, to have where to expand, if the case may be!

2) The refinery (factory) has a water requirement of 2000 cbm of water per day! approximately 4 times the consumption of the entire city with the neighbouring localities. In order to cover the water demand, 5 deep wells were dug, which also collect water from the first two groundwater. Mayor Iacomi Iulian, happy, agreed with this small detail, even if there are no rivers nearby to ensure such a flow of water!

The refinery uses a large amount of chemical compounds (about 10,000 tons per year-real), compounds that are not allowed to reach the environment, but they do! Mayor Iulian

Iacomi agreed to throw all the water with chemical residues directly on the field and under the bridge on the A2, for many years, near the treatment plant. 700m3 of water with residues per day, thrown directly on the field! for years and years… and everything enters the ground and the groundwater! The 2019 document differs from the one from 2010, for example, in the sense that not all the chemical compounds used appear anymore (some compounds get lost along the way… but we will return to this aspect).

3) The refinery does not have a treatment plant, but Iulian Iacomi lets them throw everything on the field, out of love for you! The chemical soup enters the groundwater, contaminates the soil and watercourses even today!

4) The refinery uses steam ovens, ovens that use incineration shells (seed shells). Iulian Iacomi, until today 14.09.2020, since the establishment of the Refinery, has allowed those from Bunge / Prio, out of love for you, to remove the filters at night, especially on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The savings on filters translates into 2 million euros per year! Cost savings! The result: After a decade, the trees are drying up, the value of the noxious substances in the area is (for those who know and measure), "on high peaks", according to the principal of School No. 1 in Dor Marunt!

5) The problem of approvals, authorizations, documents…. Iulian Iacomi solves them, by infiltrating at Ecoaqua, at the Environmental Protection Agency, Environmental Guard, Apele Romane, a huge series of relatives and friends! Out of love for you, the Refinery has been producing at a loss of 10 years +. Iulian Iacomi, with the money from the Refinery, he pays you the vote, cash, to have something to eat one day!

Subsequently, the Wastewater Treatment Plant is renovated, "at high peaks", but Bunge also discharges partially treated! And today, for economic reasons, Prio Purification DOES NOT WORK. All these corruption acts, this genocide, is known to all! Everyone is lying, from the Environmental Guard, to the Roman Waters, the Prefecture, Prio / Bunge, everyone! But the most guilty is the Prosecutor! He is the one who buried all the files related to the ECOLOGICAL DISASTER IN LEHLIU! The refinery pours undisturbed, in the sewerage system of the City, chemical soup, with a partial cleaning of hydrocarbons, the rest by pumping in the treatment plant, which pours it directly into the water! For 10 years + …

The Ecological Disaster in Lehliu is known to everyone, including Ciolacu and Ludovic Orban, and since February, Orban has received the situation with the Lakes for a resolution and for information! CONCLUSIONS:

Prio discharges with an operational economy of 3 million EURO per year, at night like thieves, 700m3 of chemical waste and water in the field, with a formal treatment of what floats! This refinery slam, still full of heavy metals, reaches the lake!

In the discharged water we can find the following: ammonia nitrogen concentrations 60 times higher, total nitrogen concentrations 12 times higher than the allowed limit, Nitrogen 80% higher than the legal limit, sulfides and hydrogen sulfide 20 times higher than the legal level, phosphorus 9 times higher than the legal limit, aluminum 20 times higher than the legal limit, copper 8 times higher than the maximum allowed, lead, 2 times the legal limit, Zinc, Manganese, above the legal limit, total iron 118mg / l!

Prio removes the filters and saves about 1.5 million Euros annually, for the ovens with shells, ovens that normally should not work! (There is gas, but it is expensive.) The Lehliu Wastewater Treatment Plant, infested by the Iacomi Clan, is also working unproperly, it does not purify anything, in fact it also discharges partially treated (also for cost reasons!). The slam and the station mud also end up in the running water! Everything reaches you at the tap, in the cup, in the children, in the fountain, in the fish, etc. In the middle of Baragan, you have air like in "Copsa Mica" in the good times!
