ARTICLE 109
A money bill should not be introduced in Rajya
Sabha
After the Lok Sabha passes the money bill to
the Rajya Sabha for its recommendation,it shallreturn the bill
to the Lok Sabha within 14 days.
If the Lok Sabha passes the amendments
If the Lok Sabha doesnt pass the amendments If the Rajya Sabha
doesnt return the Money Bill.

ARTICLE 110
Definition of money bill
1. If it contains the following provisions:-
The
imposition,abolition,remission,alteratio
n or regulation of any tax
The regulation of the borrowing of
money,or the amendment of the lawwith respect to any
financial
obligations undertaken by the Govt. of
India

The custody of the consolidated fundof India
The appropriation f money out of the
consolidated fund of India The declaring of any expenditure to
be
charged on the Consolidated Fund ofIndia
the receipt of money on account of theConsolidated Fund of India
or anyother public account

Any matter incidental to any of the mattersspecified in the
above sub clauses
2.A bill shall not be deemed to be a money billby reason only
that it provides for the imposition
of fines or other pecuniary penalties3.The decision of the
speaker of the Lok Sabhashall be final whether a bill is a money
bill or not
4.There shall be endorsed on every money bill
when it is transmitted to the Rajya Sabha andthe President,the
speaker of the Lok Sabha thatit is a money bill

ARTICLE 111
ASSENT TO BILLS
When a bill has been passed by the
houses of the parliament,it shall be
presented to the President,and thePresident shall declare either
that he
assents to the bill,or that he withholds
assent therefrom.
