Operations Analyst - Two Harbors, MNThe main responsibility of this position is coordinating on- boarding & off-boarding for new hires. This position works most independently so candidates need to be able to create their own processes and manage their own ac- counts. FAST-PACED. MUST be able to handle multiple duties at once. Candidates must be comfortable calling new hires for updates. Outbound call center background & experience dealing with sometimes difficult people will be beneficial.
