Oddities products and inducing others to falsely use the
International Oddities Federally Registered Trademarks Ultra Wizard

itself, Dro, Stashish, as well as the common law trademark

Enhancements operates the websites Legalbuds.com,
HerbalSmokeShop.com, MonsterSmokeShop.com, SmokeShop.com,

The admission of Cyberpiracy, Trade Libel, False advertising,
False designation of Origin, etc. by Brian Petruzzi and Global Life
Enhancements is an important victory for the International Oddities
organization because they believe there are still a lot of confused
customers out there concerned with what is, and is not a real

ordered to pay the sum of $300,000 in damages in addition to the
