Gala BeneficiaryThe year 2020 was like no other. The COVID-19 pandemic forced Hendricks Regional Health to make some difficult decisions in order to adopt a singular focus. Every action we took was done to protect the safety of our associates, their families, our patients and our community.
During the largest healthcare crisis of our lifetime, Hendricks Regional Health developed new insights on how to provide the safest and highest level of care for patients with complex healthcare needs. Through innovation and relentless dedication, we opened a second Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in a matter of days. This tripled our critical care capacity and helped us meet the unprecedented demand for higher acuity care.
The 2021 Legacy of Giving Gala benefiting the Hendricks Regional Health Foundation will help Hendricks Regional Health construct a new ICU. This state-of-the-art facility will be designed to provide the highest quality, technologically advanced care to our most critical patients. Your support of this project will benefit our families and neighbors for years to come.
