This year’s photo shoot was set mainly in Legacy’s hometown, Clinton, Massachusetts. We often overlook the simple beauty

of the places we frequent each and every day. So sometimes it’s good to stop, look around and be reminded that each of

us lives and works, spends our days and whiles away the nights in a place we in some way, shape or form call “our town.” This

place, part mythical, part reality, forms us, molds us, makes us into the people we are today.

The stores we manage, the houses we build, the restaurants we frequent all have a hand in defining the boundaries and the

character of this place. But, as the Stage Manager in Thornton Wilder’s classic play, Our Town, notes, it is the people who walk

the streets, inhabit those homes, toil and live and love each and every day in these places that give a town a heart, a soul, an

eternal presence. It is the people who truly make a town into our town.

That is why you see a group of people, not products, on the cover of this catalog. Because, like a town, a company is more than

its products, its production floor, its sales slicks. A company is first and foremost, its people. This particular company, Legacy, is

made up in part, but not exclusively by any means, of family. Our family. And because our company is shaped by the beliefs and

passions, the energy and enthusiasm of the extended family of David and Mary Dunn, we are thrilled to honor two members of

that family in this catalog – Joseph Heelan, son of two of the owners of Legacy (Peter and Mary Pat Heelan), and his lovely bride,

Shanleigh, who just happens to work in our design department and was the photographer of last year’s photo shoot.

In the coming year, we hope you will send us (to the Attention of: Our Town Stories or e-mail [email protected])

photos and stories of your towns, your families, your businesses and the people that shape them, form them, give them life.

We’ll post those stories and photos on our website and our Facebook page. We’ll honor the people and places that have formed

and molded you. Together we’ll celebrate that thing, those people, that eternal something we lovingly call “Our Town.”

Shortages/Damage Claims:• Goods damaged during shipment must be reported to

Legacy AND to the Carrier within five business days to

initiate a claim. Save all packing materials for inspection by the claim adjuster. We will send you a return authorization approval good for thirty days. We must receive the damaged goods in original packing with a copy of the invoice in order to replace the shipment. Any shortages must be reported to Legacy Publishing Group within 7 business days of receipt of order.

Back Orders:• We will ship out of stock items as soon as possible unless

otherwise noted on invoice.• Any back order under $30.00 will be cancelled.

International Orders:All orders must be Pre-Paid. All invoices are payable in U.S. funds.
