Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Points Based System with Prerequisites Certified, Silver, Gold, Platinum Current Rating Systems
NC – New Construction and Major Renovations EB: O&M – Existing Buildings: Operations &
Maintenance CI – Commercial Interiors C&S – Core & Shell Schools Retail HC – Healthcare Homes ND – Neighborhood Development
Most of the Rating Systems are targeted at one-time construction activities, while EBOM focuses on continuous life cycle management
Applies to Single Tenant Buildings, Multi Tenant Buildings, and Multiple Building Projects
Individual Tenant Spaces are Ineligible under this rating system (refer to LEED CI) Registration, Submittal, Review, Certification, Recertification
Performance Period 3-12 months, Recertification every 5 years Minimum Project Requirements
75% Occupancy for 12 Months, 90% of Floor Area Included in Certification Points Rating System
(100 base points; plus 10 possible bonus points) Platinum 80+ points Gold 60-79 points Silver 50-59 points Certified 40-49 points
