Learning Objective1. When provided w/ the academic department's curriculum standards ("condition"), the

participant/trainee ("the learner") will be able to create ("behavior") Learning Objectives

("content") that reflect the level of mastery students should acquire in the course.

2. After successfully completing the training ("condition"), and provided w/ the college's

academic calendar ("condition"), the participant/trainee ("the learner") will be able to

create ("behavior") a course schedule ("content") that reflects the due date for every

assignment and exam.

3. After successfully completing the training ("condition"), and provided with a syllabus

template ("condition"), the participant/trainee ("the learner") will be able to create

("behavior") a course Syllabus ("content") within 90 minutes ("criterion") and post it to

the college's online learning management system.

4. After successfully completing the training ("condition"), the participant/trainee ("the

learner") will demonstrate ("behavior") the ability to post all course content ("content")

to the college's online learning management system.

5. After successfully completing the training ("condition"), the participant/trainee ("the

learner") will demonstrate ("behavior") the ability to post at least two Announcements

("content") per week to the college's online LMS.

6. After successfully completing the training ("condition"), the participant/trainee ("the

learner") will demonstrate ("behavior") the ability create and post to the college's online

LMS Grading Rubrics ("content") for all Discussion Assignments and written assignments.

7. After successfully completing the training ("condition"), the participant/trainee ("the

learner") will demonstrate the ability to deliver ("behavior") a one-hour ("criterion")

lecture ("content") using online presentation software.

8. After successfully completing the training ("condition"), the participant/trainee ("the

learner") will be able to create ("behavior") an Attendance Policy ("content") and post it

to the college's online LMS.

9. After successfully completing the training ("condition"), the participant/trainee ("the

learner") will be able to demonstrate ("behavior") the ability to post student attendance

("the content") for each course to the college's administrative portal within a 20 minute

time-period ("criterion").

10. After successfully completing the training ("condition"), the participant/trainee ("the

learner") will be able to demonstrate ("behavior") the ability to post Final Course Grades

("the content") for each course to the college's administrative portal within a 30 minute

time-period ("criterion").
