There were images flying around in Renaud's head as he tossedpieces of meat to the eager mouth of one of his newermonsters. He was a greedy Agony that would be learning how tofly today from Nightshade and Azalea, who were squacking ateach other, trying to decide who would teach him first. Azaleawanted to because she was the motherly one, but Nightshadethought it should be she since she was the eldest. Orchadisdidn't seem to care either way, more worried about getting thebest piece of the large buck that they had brought down notmuch earlier. He gobbled the meat down, pitching a fit whenRenaud stopped feeding him and started to cut up the meat alittle better for the others.

"If you're going to be flying, you don't need to be weighteddown you pudgy creature." He scolded the blinding green Agonyas he continued to fuss and holler about being ever so hungry.Nightshade finally gave a snort, pecking the little one on thehead... which quieted him for a moment before he started tosqueal and wail like someone was trying to kill him.

ooc: Hope you don't mind Aidan and some of his shinies comingalong? :3 And don't mind the length at all.

Annie, dont dare! Karas voice came out harsh, irritated, and

as a hiss. The Wyvern flew overhead, equally irritated by thefrilled Panthera. Even if Kara was more mature and (somehow)Aidans first bonded, Annie was already fully grown and wasmuch larger than the Aurata was, and would be even when thePanthera was fully grown. Karas frills flared out around herhead, her four eyes narrowed in irritation. Annie on the otherhand swirled her large body around in big loops, not comingdown but hissing and shrieking overhead.

Oh for Chrissake Annie, give it a rest. Aidan didnt evenknow what the two were arguing about, Annie always seemed toirritate Kara and vice-versa. He didnt know how he got stuckwith the two girls, but well, he was stuck with them. The

wyvern, more alert and slightly more obedient to the boy flew intighter circles and lighted down pushing her head roughly intothe boy, nearly knocking him over. Look, it was a sign ofaffection. Aidan was hers and the boy clearly loved the wyvern

more. If the four-eyed cat was jealous, that wasnt Anniesproblem.

I swear, I take you and I Before Kara got the chance to

finish, the three of them heard a wailing noise, and Annie thrustherself up into the air, whirled around, and flew straight in a

particular direction. Aidan watched her go by, then looked over

to Kara. He shrugged his shoulders. We should go after her.I know. With the grunt of a reply, Aidan followed as Kara beganto run at an easy pace in the direction that Annie flew. The

Wyvern made it way before her bonded and the Panthera did,her eyes locked onto the other three Wyverns with a sort of

curiosity all over her features. That little one, why was hecrying?

Aidan in the meantime, while looking at the wyverns with

caution, immediately focused his attention on Renaud. Herecognized the plant man from previous bondings, and he

smiled in a friendly manner. Hey there. Ive seen ya before. The names Aidan. he looked at the Wyverns that he assumed

had bonded to the other, Whatcha doin here?

Poor Kara meanwhile looked at the other three lizards withdisdain. Really now, couldnt Aidan attract something else with

    fur?

Renaud looked up as a shadow crossed over them, ignoringOrchadis as he continued to cry and fuss before gettingdistracted by the female flying overhead. After a moment hestarted to wail again, Nightshade giving a huff as Azalea tried topreen the little one to quiet him. Renaud heard someone cominghis way, turning to smile at the approaching young man. He hadseen him before at some of the other Bondings. "My name isRenaud, pleasure to meet you." He said before looking at the

trio. "I was going to try to get my little one to learn to fly... buthe's so fussy about eating that he won't stop fussing." He said, shaking his head a little.

Nightshade turned her head a little when she saw Kara, movinga little closer to try to sniff at the Panthera. This was not one ofher Bonded's kitties. She sent a question of who was this toRenaud, who looked over. "No, Nightshade, that isn't one of theboys..." He said with a little smile. "I have four Panthera of myown and she seems to think all the Panthera that we run intobelongs to me." He said with a little laugh before givingOrchadis a little more meat to quiet him down.

Aidan nodded his head, keeping the mans name tucked away inhis memory. Hed definitely never forget what Renaud looked

like, that was for sure. And he was always pretty good with

names, so connecting the name to the face wouldnt be all thathard. He laughed a little at the reasoning behind Renauds beingthere, giving the plant man a little bit of sympathy. But only a

little. Annie flew in small circles lowly over Aidans head, herattention focused on the wailing baby more than the two adults

that could obviously be much more dangerous.

Teaching him to fly, eh? I met Annie up there when shecould already fly. She chasedme actually. The experience

was one of the most terrifying yet thrilling adventures that hedexperienced so far. And even if he hadnt gone through much

yet on this crazy planet, he knew that meeting Annie would beone of a kind, at least, for a long, long while.

Kara did not like the attention being put on her, and she took a

step back partly out of shyness, partly out of dislike of thewyverns. Really? Four Panthera? Dang, thats crazy. He

couldnt imagine having so many shinies around him, threewyverns and four panther, this guy beat him by far didnt he.

And if he had so many of one species, Aidan was sure thatRenaud had many other kinds that he had not yet seen.

After a moment, he glanced over to the wailing Agony. So how

    exactly are ya teachin him?

"I was actually going to let Azalea and Nightshade teach himhow to fly, but he's fussing so much over eating that Night isgetting annoyed and Azalea is just feeding into his spoilednature." Renaud said, sounding a little annoyed before rubbingthe tubby Wyvern's stomach as he finally stopped fussing overeating. The male just liked to fuss until he got what he wanted, such a little Prince. "Most of my little friends I picked up from

the Creature Stall... I believe we were in the same rough andtumble when I met my Leo." He said with a smile before givingthe little Agony a push towards the two females.

"I have four Panthera, three Wyverns as you might see... twoShafas, two Faedragons..." He took in a breath beforecontinuing. "Three Mehdayri, three Tzingani... um..." Hescratched his head in thought. "Two Gryphons... whoo... oh,yes... Two Varguls and a Dragon." He said with a smile.... hehad a lot on his hands, not just the wailing Wyvern and the fourPanthera he had mentioned before.

Holy crud. Aidan said, before he was able to utter anythingelse. Where do you find the room to put all of em? On his

end, it was only himself and the two ladies that accompanied

him. He couldnt even begin to think about how to deal with allof the different shinies. He hadnt ever seen half of them beforehe was sure. How many were there, a dozen, more? Aidan didnt

know if the plant man was lucky or unfortunate. Maybe he was alittle bit of both.

He then decided to backtrack, discuss why Renaud had come to

the plains in the first place. You think itll work? I dontthink Annie would be able to teach anything how to fly.

Annie let out a low grunt up above, now fluttering and floatingclose above the boys head. Her eyes remained focused on the

male at first, before she suddenly lighted herself down betweenRenaud and her own bonded. Standing on her back legs was

awkward, but her shorter, stockier body managed to waddleslowly towards the Agony while her neck curled and angled her

head towards the young one. Why, why would it not stop crying?

Annie, stop that! Kara growled, glaring at the Terror that shewas so familiar with, and then looking uneasily at the other two

as well. Seriously, the sooner they left the better. Aidanwatched carefully, ready to intervene if he needed to. There

wasnt really much he could do against a full grown wyvern, short as she was, but hed give it a shotif he must

The tubby Agony looked up at Annie, giving a little squawkbefore snorting, opening his wings to show her how bright andpretty he was. He was a pretty boy, yes he was. Nightshadehopped a little closer, giving Annie a little poke with her beak, flapping her wings a little. See? Nothing to it! Orchadis flappedhis own wings a little and Renaud decided that it was time forhim to back up and let the Wyverns to their work.

"It's always worth a try." Renaud said with a smirk as Azaleajoined in the flapping, plucking a few dead scales off ofOrchadis in a motherly fashion before flapping her wings again.Would Annie join? Come on, Annie, let's learn to fly!

Aidan looked at Renaud, than down to the fat little Agony, thenover to Annie. Would they be able to do it? The Terror looked atthe other two females with some sort of curiosity, one that she

could not really put to any sort of action. Flap her wings? Shecould do that. With her head held high, as if the reqest was

below her, the wyvern began to flap her wings in a rhythmicmanner, keeping a steady tempo going as she sent strong gusts

of wind in the boys direction. Yes, shed join in the petty littlegame they the others of her kind had decided on. If Azalea and

Nightshade made things interesting, who knew, maybe Annie

would even stay and play with them for longer. A dismissivelook was given to the Agony though a few seconds later Annielooked at it in curiosity. Not the one to have any sort of

motherly instinct, just childish poking around, Annie let out alow grunt. Come on now, now what?

Aidan meanwhile kept one eye on his Terror and the other on

Renaud. A small grin was sent in the plant-mans direction, ashe shrugged his shoulders at Annies actions. I guess she will

help. How helpful shell bewell lets see if that little guycan figure out from your two, shall we? Aidan had close to

know faith in Annies ability to teach another how to fly. As soonas the game got boring, the Terror would weave around and

desert himself and Kara. Not like the Panthera cared very much.

The Aurata ventured over to Aidan and sat at his sides, forcingher frills to lie flat against her neck for the boys sake.

The faster we done this, the better.
