As the only restaurant in the Nuup Kangerlua fjord, Qooqqut Nuan offers one of the most unique and delicious dining experiences in the

Nuuk area. We’ll travel by open boat to the secluded settlement, departing at 17:00 to arrive before dinnertime.

On our boat journey to Qooqqut we’ll take in the magnificent surroundings of the fjord and your watchful guide will be on the lookout for encounters with massive

humpback whales and sprightly seals.

Upon arrival at the settlement you’ll have the choice to spend an hour fishing for your dinner or simply relaxing in the placid environment. Greenlanders rely heavily on the bounty of seafood the rich waters provide, and your guide will show you how to skillfully prepare your catch so that it can be cooked by the artful chef at Qooqqut Nuan.
