Exhibition standsWe use the latest techniques and materials to create engaging physical spaces that incorporate all the technology you need to showcase your products. We’ve designed and built stands for the world’s most demanding companies. So whether you want an open ‘island’ encouraging high footfall, or a more immersive experience, we’ll provide it. Our experienced team works fast, which means shorter lead times.

Branding & signageWhile creating a memorable stand experience is essential, it counts for nothing if people don’t remember it was your brand they experienced. We can take care of both the graphic design and the complete installation of backdrops, banners, signage and anything else you need to make sure your brand stays top of mind when your visitors have left the event.

RiggingDesigning a winning stand is one thing—putting it all together is something best left to the experts. We handle all primary rigging and can also provide secondary rigging, on whatever scale you need. We also offer comprehensive staging, lighting, sound, video and projection equipment. Our riggers are on hand for the duration of the event. And, of course, you can rest assured that everything is fully certified.

UtilitiesNo matter how large or small your stand, it needs a completely reliable foundation. From pre-show to tear-down, we make sure you can operate at full steam. Our dedicated team sees to every one of your stand’s utility requirements, including uninterrupted mains power, water and drainage, compressed air, and LPG services.

Data & telecomsOur broadband internet service connects your stand with the world at high speed, so you can confidently display online presentations and videos—as well as granting your visitors access to data services. Wireless internet is available, supplied exclusively by DWTC. We also provide on-stand phone lines.

Technical servicesFrom screens and projectors to sound and speaker systems, we can provide all the audio-visual equipment you need to get your message across. You can count on us to hook everything up and make sure it works on the day. Professional photographers and videographers can be provided to make sure you capture the event.

CleaningWe provide a 24-hour cleaning service that ensures a quick and efficient turnaround of exhibition halls and rooms. The team offers specialised cleaning of all stands irrespective of size during build-up, pre-opening and open days of the event. In addition to stand cleaning, our team provides laundry services and bins for gangways and waste skips. Our dependable team ensures your time is spent with your customers instead of dealing with stand operations. We aim to recycle as much material as possible. Stand catering DWTC is the exclusive provider of all onsite catering. Our stand catering service lets you relax, knowing that refreshments will always be on hand for visitors to your stand. Presenting the right food at the right time, from tempting snacks to fully catered meals, not only attracts more visitors—it’s one less detail to worry about. Our award-winning kitchen can serve up a wide range of food and beverages according to dietary needs, cultural expectations and time of day. To keep your team fuelled during setup and tear-down, we also provide pre-packaged contractor meals—at extremely attractive prices.

Meeting roomsWhile your stand is the nerve centre of your exhibition, and the place to attract clients and keep them entertained, you can expand into one of our meeting rooms—especially suitable when presenting to larger crowds. Conveniently located above our exhibition halls, these rooms offer a variety of options, from the intimacy of a boardroom-style small group, right up to seating for 200 people. The bigger meeting rooms are suitable for larger-scale events in their own right.

Security & safetyA little peace of mind goes a long way, which is why we offer a full security service within our complex. Our well-trained security team uses the latest technology to keep an eye on your stand overnight or while you’re away meeting important contacts.
