First of all, I want to say thank you for making 2015 our best year ever! We experienced momentous growth, which means more transformations are happening all across the United States and Canada, and I couldn’t be happier with the advances we’ve made.

Now, I want to talk about how you can make 2016 even better for your Yoli business. As you know, January is a huge sales month for us, and there are some easy ways you can take advantage of the momentum that will be happening.

First, if you gave someone a Holiday Pack in the last month or two, you should follow up with them to find out how they liked the product, and if they’d be interested in pursuing a complete physical transformation. Second, if you haven’t already, you should be asking people about their New Year’s resolutions and offering Yoli as a solution - and because we’re running our Better Body Resolution program in January, you’ll be able to offer them free shipping on their first order.

Again, thank you for all of the hard work you’ve done in 2015. 2016 is going to be a big year for us, and if you’re willing to put in the time and effort, you can make it a big year for your own Yoli business as well.

What do you feel is the primary reason you achieved this high level of success?

First and foremost, we strongly believe that our strong faith in the almighty Father has brought us here. We definitely see ourselves as HIS instruments to serve HIS #Purpose. There is no coincidence; this is HIS will, and it is bound to happen.

Secondly, our hearts and minds are #Focused on our WHY’s and helping others at all times, which is the source of our strength that has constantly and persistently let us persevere through all of the trials that have come our way. Our BELIEF is definitely fueled by our WHY.

Lastly, being a Blue Diamond is NOT about us anymore. It’s about other people! It’s about our Yoli Ohana and each and every single Yolified soul out there! Every inch of this achievement is coming from their dreams, struggles, sacrifices, and victories. We are just representing them and all their achievements on their behalf! We are their voices to be heard, and we are their faces to be seen. We serve them with all our hearts! No man can achieve this alone; it takes an entire team to work TOGETHER to get this far. #TeamEffort #TeamWork… We are forever thankful and grateful to all our loving partners!

What would you say to someone who is just starting out as a Yoli Member?

• Know WHY you are doing this and know your purpose! Focus on WHO matters to you and focus on WHAT matters to you! Lastly, do whatever it takes and make the sacrifices required to achieve your goal! No matter how difficult it is, put those plans to ACTION! Keep doing it until you achieved it, and NEVER ever quit! There is absolutely NO other way. Everything else is just an excuse. Know your reason or settle for your own prison!

• Stay focused on the weekly/monthly behaviors you do in order to make sure your team is running smoothly.

• We fully respect and love what we do, which is to never stop helping and serving others. This never ends for us! We always make time to ourselves and enjoy learning and growing ourselves more every single day as a family by listening to personal development CDs and much, much more! That’s what we do all the time when we are home or driving in the car. We know that this is crucial for everything we do. We also do everything together!

• We do nothing else but honor and fulfill our set goals. Once we have achieved them, we quickly set another goal. Time is too precious to waste!

Anything else you want to add?

We leave you with this: Have strong faith! Always believe in yourself and believe in Yoli, its products, and the system you are using and sharing! Most of all, always #RelyOnYourWHY and #FocusOnYourPurpose on helping others. You cannot go wrong and get lost with that! There’s only progress and victory after! We pray for you all that you find your deepest WHY, passion and purpose and for you All to be blessed abundantly by the Almighty!

When you think and do things for others, mean it and mean well! Love with all your heart and share everything you’ve got! You will never understand the ultimate sacrifice until you made one!
