1. The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training Sessions – 10 Days
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training – DMAIC
The training part will consist of the following (10 Days Phased). During the training, the
project will emphasize on the workshops that entails the project outputs that are required.
The Green Belt Course is designed to improve process performance, deliver
medium to high impact projects and achieve significant cost savings.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is designed to acquire the special skills and knowledge
required before leading or taking part in any continuous improvement project.
Green Belts will effectively use the Lean Six Sigma tools throughout their
organization, customers and suppliers for achieving business improvement
results.
Green Belts will gain thorough understanding of all aspects of the DMAIC model
in accordance with Six Sigma principles.
Green Belts will gain knowledge of Lean enterprise concepts, are able to identify
non-value-added elements and activities.

2. The Examination and Certification
We will administer an examination for the participants upon completion of their training.
The examination consists of the following (on last day of training or during Control

Dr. Satnam’s most recent success is in the deployment of Lean Six Sigma in a major Government Linked Company in Malaysia, where he trained and coached 11 Black Belts and 17 Green Belts and achieved a savings of RM32million (hard savings) within 12 months of deployment.
Published several academic papers on Conferences and Journals namely the most esteemed International Journal of Production Research.
Work experience includes projects for leading companies in Europe (UK, Sweden, France, Germany and Romania) and Asia (Malaysia and Indonesia).

CREDENTIALS
Dr. Satnam Singh graduated from Liverpool John Moores University (UK) with a Bachelor Degree in
Mechanical Engineering. He then furthered his studies at Coventry University in UK and was awarded with a
Masters Degree of Science in Engineering and Manufacturing Management. Dr. Satnam then continued to
study for his doctorate and was awarded with a PhD in Engineering and Manufacturing Management. Dr.
Satnam has been actively involved in the field of Continual Improvement activities since the beginning of
his tertiary education. While accomplishing his Master Degree in the United Kingdom, he had been
extensively trained for Lean Systems and Six Sigma whilst working as a Project Manager for a Multi National
Corporation (MNC) in the UK for 12 years. During his stay with the MNC in the UK, Dr. Satnam was tasked
with the responsibility of promoting and implementing Lean and Six-Sigma within the Organization and
throughout Europe. Due to his extensive exposure in Lean and Six-Sigma Management Systems, he was
invited by the company’s European Subsidiaries to conduct in-house training, project consultations and
strategic planning in the area of Six-Sigma implementation.

TRAINER’S PROFILE
Santhakumaran Atmalingam is a certified professional trainer and
performance improvement consultant specializing in the areas of Property
Sales, leadership development, customer service and enhancement of
interpersonal skills. In addition to being the Ceo of Atmalink CT Sdn Bhd, he
serves as a faculty member of the International Professional Managers
Association UK. Currently pursuing his Masters in Science in University Putra
Malaysia. Santha is the Vice President of Socio-Economic Transformation and
Innovation Association.
His vision, passion and determination led to the start-up of Atmalink, its
exemplary business growth and strong market presence locally.
In 1998, Santha graduated from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (National University of Malaysia) with
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration while majoring in Marketing. He has direct hands on
experience in managing customers more than 15 years. Started his career with Brunsfield Group of
Companies, a leading property developer in Malaysia and moved on to various industries such as customer
loyalty programmes management, international trade event and exhibitions, and as an entrepreneur
managing his own trainer firm the last seven years.
He has conducted training programs for many well-known and reputable organizations in Malaysia. He has
designed, developed as well as conducted training programs for well over 500 executives in numerous
multinationals, government linked as well as business enterprises on the areas relating to sales,
