    Problem # 3:

    Observation:

    In the ware house there is no separate portion for the defective partsdue to which these parts are some time mixed with no defective parts. Also these parts are some time send for assembly which createproblems during assembly process and are also detected in the finalinspection wasting workers time an skills.

    Suggestion

    There should be a separate portion for the defective parts and shouldbe properly tagged so that the discrimination between the defectiveand the non defective one become clear and easy. This will also saveworkers time working in the ware house in finding the defective parts.

    Problem # 4:

    Observation:

    As we have observed the problems that arises in the ''assemblyprocess'' are mainly due to the locally manufactured parts.

    Suggestion

    There should be proper evaluation program for purchasing localizedparts from local vendors and there priority should be quality not price.

    The overall experience is that the staff members of Ghandhara Nissan

    Limited are much cooperative, caring and confident. The really appreciatingthing is the obedience of rules and regulations prescribed by the company.
