Lea Michele (Rachel), Dianna Agron (Quinn) and Cory Monteith (Finn) po- sed for the November edi- tion of the mag. The girls were wearing skimpy outfits as they pouted in high-school lock- er rooms and hallways. Monteith is prudish by comparison, staying covered up in all the pics. But it is Michele who has drawn the biggest criti- cism — in one photo she is wearing revealing under- wear while straddling a locker-room bench. With the Parents Tele- vision Council in the US calling the pic spread a ‘‘near-pornographic dis- play’’ that ‘‘borders on pedophilia’’, some cast members have expressed disappointment and regret about the photo session. ‘‘They asked us to play very heightened versions of our school characters,’’ Agron wrote on a website blog. ‘‘At the time, it wasn’t my favourite idea, but I did not walk away. If you are hurt or these photos make you uncomfortable, it was never our intention.’’ Glee, Channel Ten, Wed- nesday, 7.30pm
