• Coaches: o Cenovus staff from all levelso Trained in 3 strength-based training sessionso Peer support pods

• Young Leaders: o From Discovering Choiceso Weekly classroom sessions with ITL facilitator

• Relationship: Coaches and Young Leaders connect one-to-one

• Volunteering: All Coaches and Young Leaders get together once a month and volunteer in the community

• Project: At the end of the semester all YL’s complete a project that contributes in some way to the community.

• Graduation: A celebration of Young Leaders & Coaches with parents, teachers, friends, family and community
