President
Madhu is responsible for the Remote Learning and Campus Learning programs at TalentSprint. He inspires fresh graduates to become skilled professionals.
Over the past twenty years, Madhu has focused his attention on building strong delivery and testing capability organizations. Prior to TalentSprint, Madhu headed Accenture's Testing Practice in India with more than 3600 test practitioners in multiple locations across the country. Apart from building
Accenture's testing competency, he played an active role in pitching to large enterprise clients and helping delivery managers drive their testing engagements. Madhu also served as the SVP Technical Services at AppLabs where he headed worldwide delivery of the world's largest independent software testing services company with more than 1500 resources under him. Madhu headed Virtusa's Global Testing Practice between 2000 and 2005, and was also the Delivery Head for Virtusa's BFSI delivery unit. Before Virtusa, Madhu was the Head of Product Testing at Baan, an ERP product company based out of Netherlands.
Madhu holds a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad.
J.A. is the spirit behind the strategy and direction at TalentSprint. He combines his conviction that education is the most effective transformational tool and his unshakable belief in scalable and sustainable practices for social inclusion to champion the cause of the academia-industry linkage.
He was the Managing Director at NVIDIA Corporation in Hyderabad, which is a world leader in visual computing technologies. Prior to that, as President & CEO of PortalPlayer-India, J.A. guided the
organization in developing complex technology products which became the critical components for Apple iPod series. From 1987-1999 as the Founding Director of STPIs in Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad, he played a key role in the spurt of outsourced software development and the setting up of Indian operations of multi-national companies. Currently, he is on the Board of Trustees for TiE global. He is Co-Chairman FICCI-AP Chapter and is also the President of ADI Foundation.
He has received several prestigious awards including Meritorious Invention Award from NRDC, Govt. of India and Special Award from Hyderabad Management Association for promoting the IT industry in AP.
JA holds double Masters Degrees from IIT-Madras and Sri Venkateshwara University, Tirupathi.
Managing Director and CEO
As chief executive, Santanu drives strategy, growth and execution at TalentSprint. He enjoys building high performance organizations where world-class professionals can thrive and deliver exceptional value to customers and all stakeholders. His vision is to transform TalentSprint into a global leader in professional skill development, employability and social inclusion.
From 2003-2008, Santanu served at Virtusa Corporation as Senior Vice President for Global Delivery Operations and Head of Indian Operations. From 1999-2003, Santanu worked in Boston as Chief Technology Officer of OpenPages (now part of IBM) and Viveca, a B2B technology startup. He began his career in New York at the famed IBM T.J. Watson Research Center. His work on technology spans 20 international papers and 2 United States patents.
Santanu is a Distinguished Fellow of IDRBT (set up by the Reserve Bank of India), a Distinguished Fellow of the Skoch Development Foundation, a Vice President of ITsAP, and a Director of TiE Hyderabad. His views have appeared in the Economic Times, Financial Express, Business Standard, Hindu Business Line, Times of India, Business India, and BBC online.
Santanu received a B.Tech. from IIT Madras and a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor where he was a recipient of the prestigious Rackham Pre-doctoral Fellowship and IBM Canada Fellowship.

Chairman, TalentSprint Karnataka
BV Naidu provides strategic direction and leads TalentSprint in Karnataka.
Mr. B V Naidu is also the chairman of the Sagitaur Ventures India, a holding company with interest in IT/Telecom,
Semiconductor and Green Energy. He brings in 23 years of rich experience and is active in government-industry-
academia collaboration.
Prior to this, as Director of Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), Bangalore/Hyderabad, he played a seminal role in the growth
of the IT Industry in India. He has created an effective Techno Economic ecosystem by actively engaging with the Industry,
Government, and Academic Institutions. He has facilitated the growth of software exports from less than $ 8 million with 13
companies in 1991 to $12.0 billion from more than 1800 companies in Bangalore by 2007. BV Naidu has been at the fore front of
building the Karnataka / Bangalore IT as a global brand through active participation in internal trade shows and speaking at
international road shows and conferences. He was also the founder chairman for largest IT conference & Trade Show “Bangalore
IT.COM” and ran this successfully for more than 7 years.
In his initial days at STPI he was instrumental in breaking the monopoly of VSNL by creating an alternate international
communications carrier for the IT industry. BV Naidu has held several key positions to support industry including Founding director
of IIT-Bangalore, Member of Karnataka Chief Minister's IT Task force, Chairman of India Semiconductor Association (ISA) etc.
He has done M.E (Applied Electronics) from Madras Institute of Technology, and B.E (Electronics & Communications) from Andhra
University.
Senior Vice President, Corporate Development
Paresh is responsible for fuelling the overall corporate growth of TalentSprint. He oversees various functions
including Corporate Planning, Industry and Academic Alliances, Multi-Center Management, Finance and
Operations.
Paresh has over 15 years of cross-functional experience in Banking and IT Services across consulting, business
development, strategic client relationship management, cross border integration, consulting, delivery and
financial planning. Paresh spent 8 years at Virtusa in leadership roles in sales and business development, partner management,
consulting and delivery. He incubated sales, business development and client services for India and APAC region. He also setup an
independent testing practice and was responsible for heading BFSI and Global Enterprise Units for over 800 people. Prior to Virtusa,
Paresh worked with SBI Capital Markets, Sapient and AppLabs.
Paresh holds a PGDM from IIM Bangalore and a degree in electrical engineering from NIT Bhopal.
Senior Vice President, Learning and Development
Asokan heads learning and development and oversees the development of instructional materials. He also
teaches Problem Solving Techniques and Program Design- the first module of the Software Engineering Programs.
Asokan has more than 25 years of experience in hands-on software development, training and senior level
management. Asokan held leadership positions such as CEO of MinVesta, CTO of Ma Foi, Chief Trainer at Virtusa,
and Director - Technical of Brilliant's Computer Centre.
Asokan is passionate about Instructional Design. He headed the Curriculum Development Department at Brilliant's Computer
Centre from 1989-1994. In his role as the Chief Trainer at Virtusa, he was responsible for selecting and training fresh graduate
engineers - both on-campus and off-campus. He oversaw the design and delivery of the courses as the Head – Technology and
Career Training at Ma Foi from 2004-2006.
He is a consultant with FOSSEE, Bombay where he is leading a team in designing and developing courses and teacher's training
programs for engineering curriculum. In his career, Asokan has trained more than 1000 software engineers, designed more than 25
courses, and conducted Train the Trainer programs for more than 300 trainers, and nearly 100 instructional designers and
developers.
Asokan is a certified MBTI Administrator and has gone through the TA101 - the first course in Transactional Analysis. He uses these
as a platform for training and coaching.

Senior Vice President, Marketing and Program Development
Madhu heads marketing strategy, branding and media relationships in TalentSprint, and also
oversees new programs development and corporate programs for the company.
Prior to joining TalentSprint, Madhu worked at Virtusa where she was responsible for managing
strategic high-growth accounts in the technology practice. Madhu was the Asia Head for
Productization, Virtusa's development methodology. Earlier Madhu was a Product Marketing
Manager at Pilot Software (now part of SAP) where she drove product vision, roadmap and requirements for the
company's suite of performance management products. Madhu was a key contributor in the development of data
mining systems at NeoVista Software (now part of JDA Software), Informix Software and Artificial Intelligence Center -
Lockheed Martin.
Madhu holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from the Stern School of Business, New York University, M.S. in
Computer Science from Brown University, and B.Sc. in Mathematics from Presidency College, Kolkata University.
Chief Technologist
Jitendra oversees the design and implementation of technology solutions for real-time delivery of
interactive classroom sessions in multiple locations. He is also working towards identifying the
business processes which can be streamlined using open source software and technologies.
From 2006- 2010, Jitendra served at Kenexa, a leading provider of HR software and services. He was
part of the core team which re-designed and successfully delivered the product to many live
customers. He was responsible for creating critical components including core workflow module for the next generation of
software products. He also led a team responsible for large scale performance improvement of the live product. Jitendra
started his career at Virtusa and rose to the role of Lead in less than 3 years. At Virtusa, he had the opportunity to work for
various clients in hi-tech business unit including BPM Leader PegaSystems.
Jitendra has a B. Tech from IIT Kanpur.
Senior Vice President, Banking and Financial Services
At TalentSprint, K Sridhar is responsible for the Banking and Financal Services and Insurance
Business Unit. He also oversees handheld technology solutions, designed to provide access to skill
development in the rural areas.
K Sridhar specializes in Business Planning, Capital Markets & Financial Services. Prior to joining
TalentSprint, Sridhar was the Chief Executive at eFIN Services India Pvt. Ltd and Vice President at Karvy Stock Broking
and Consultants. He has over 20 years of experience in the Indian Financial Services Industry & Capital Markets in
managerial positions and has created and managed one of the largest retail networks in the Country for Financial
Products & Services. He has had extensive hands-on experience in Business Planning & Execution, Public Issues,
Budgeting & Review as well as Team Building, Training & Motivation.
He was also involved in Capital raising activities and other corporate strategic initiatives with various Companies as a
Service Provider.
Sridhar graduated in B.Sc in Mathematics from Loyola, Chennai. He is also a member of the Institute of Cost and Works
Accountants of India – ICWAI and Institute of Company Secretaries of India, ACS as well as a Certified Financial Planner
CFP, Financial planning.

Head, PLC Operations
Dr. Giri Tiruvuri heads Delivery and Operations for TalenSprint's Professional In-Campus Learning
Centers. He also works on standardization and continual improvement of content and Trainer
Development for the Software Engineering Practice. Giri is passionate about making the learning
process both effective and joyful. His vision is to see trainees join TalentSprint for the sheer joy of
learning in addition to employability skills.
From 2008-2012, Giri served as the Dean of Computer Science where he was responsible for Total Quality
Management through innovative teaching, experiential & joyful learning processes and management best practices.
Prior to that, as Managing Director of Surgical Information Systems and Managing Director for Qatalys Software
Technologies, he was leading their offshore development centers in India.
Giri is a certified PMP from PMI. He got his B.Tech. in Computer Science from Andhra University, M.Tech. From
University of Hyderabad and Ph.D. in Computer Science from Michigan State University.
Head, Human Resources
Gurpreet leads Human Resources at TalentSprint. She is focused on developing human resources
programs and people strategies that are aligned to the company’s corporate goals.
Gurpreet has over eleven years of rich corporate experience across industries. She has held senior
leadership positions in corporate and business human resources functions at Honeywell, Intel and
PricewaterhouseCoopers. At Honeywell Technologies, Gurpreet led Organization Development,
Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits and Business HR groups. Gurpreet has also worked on several strategic
consulting assignments with IT and manufacturing companies.
Gurpreet’s areas of expertise encompass every facet of human resource management including organizational and talent
development, large scale change management, compensation and benefits, competency analysis and design and delivery
of leadership programs.
Gurpreet holds a Masters in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur. She is a certified MBTI
professional and has a Green Belt in Six Sigma.
Regional Director, Tamil Nadu
Narender heads TalentSprint's Tamil Nadu operations. He brings in 11+ years of multifaceted
experience in Sales, Operations, Delivery, Profits, Channel Management, Retail, Corporate and
Institutional Sales.
Prior to TalentSprint Narender was with NIIT, where he was responsible for building the brand and
augmenting enrolment growth in the company. Narender has been associated with various other organizations like HCL
and Sutherland.
He is a meticulous planner and a dynamic individual. He possesses an innate knack of tapping the latent talent of his team
members and converting the same to the advantage of the organization. He holds a degree in Engineering from
Shanmugha College of Engineering, Tanjore, Tamil Nadu.
