Position Pole #1

1. Assemble Pole #1 to Keeper Rib #1. Use Vertical Spacer to create adjustment gap at bottom of pole. Clamp pole loosely in position, with set screws, approximately on center of rib.

Position and Install Pole #1

2. Add Gage Block (in green) and Gage Shim to Keeper Slot #1 as shown.

3. Push Pole in Z direction firmly against gage block and shim to eliminate any gap or space between parts.

4. Clamp pole firmly and permanently in position using set screws.

Position and Install Pole #2

5. Remove gage shim.

6. Add Pole #2 with spacer and press firmly in the Z direction against the gage block and Pole #1.

7. Clamp pole firmly in place with set screws.

Position and Install Pole #3

8. Add Gage Block #2 to next adjacent slot.

9. Add Pole #3 ,with vertical spacer, and loosely retain with set screws.

10. Push Pole #3 firmly in Z direction against Gage #2 and other installed parts.

11. Clamp Pole #3 firmly into position with set screws.

Position and Install Remaining Poles

12. Repeat steps 2 - 11 for full length of module.

Install All Poles Per Steps 1-12.

Install All Magnets Between Poles w/Magnet Clamps.
