specific jobs. She developed her communication skills and was able to fulfil the requirements of meeting the

client’s needs.

o Understanding of client objectives and budgets. She was able to communicate the needs of the

clients through drawing and power point “look and feel” presentations.

Design and Development Phase:

o She learnt to take basic conceptual sketches and develop them sufficiently in terms of:

Land use management

Local Authority parameters

Design/technical phase

o She was able to conceptualise and experiment with spatial and functional requirements

o She developed a basic ability and understanding of the Municipality Submission process and

application drawings.

o She developed a basic ability and understanding of technical detailing

She was always ready to step in and pick up when deadlines were tight and the office

needed a “quick fix”.

She worked on measured drawings and as-built drawings.

She worked efficiently and achieved her deadlines without panic or drama!

Ruxi is a committed, conscientious person who is passionate about sustainable architecture. She is ambitious and will

work hard to carve out a fine career in her chosen profession. She is a quick learner and gained much experience

during her brief time with us. It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to someone who has proven her capability

and commitment beyond our expectation.

We wish her the best of luck going forward and she knows that her position at LCK awaits her when she is ready to

return to a smaller office environ.

Should you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact me or Trevor Knipe.

Kind regards,
