MissionThe mission of our program is for students to learn the value of lifetime fitness and to develop a strong commitment to incorporating exercise into their daily routine, both now and in the future. Through courses at LCHS, students have the opportunity to engage in a wide variety of activities designed to strengthen and condition the body. The program places particular focus on cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, and muscular endurance. Students will engage in individual and team activities to encourage individual responsibility as well as team building skills. Our staff is fun, positive, and dedicated to the development of the whole student (physically, mentally, spiritually, and socially).
