Q1 2013 X realization statistics

We realized 268 Exchanges

in Q1 and now we are on

12th place on global ranking

in comparison with 233

Exchanges RE in Q1 and

13th place last year.

according to 2013 Q1 results:

China, Brazil, India,

Indonesia, Poland, Germany,

Colombia, Russia, Taiwan,

Italy, Turkey.


Q1 2013 X Growth in comparison with the same Q last month

The biggest absolute growth in 2013 Q1 comparison with 2012 Q1 has China (+ 306 X

Re), the lowest Italy (+19 X Re).

The biggest relative growth in 2013 Q1 comparison with 2012 Q1 has Indonesia

(168% of X Re in comparison with 2012 Q1), the lowest - Italy (106% of X Re in

comparison with 2012 Q1).

Ukraine realized in 2013 Q1 115% of last year Q1 realization (or + 35 X Re in absolute

measurement). That means we are performing in a stable way showing not so huge

but growth.

Speaking about Ukraine contribution into Global level in 2013 Q1 I can say that we are

making 2,1% of Global results (in comparison with 2,3% in Q1 last year). This info also

shows us our stable contribution into Global association and growth which is

comparable with whole Global association growth.

Brazil, China, India have the biggest number of raised and matched X forms in 2013 Q1.

That means these countries have all chances to be on the top positions in realization

rankings next Qs.

Ukraine is on the 13th place in global ranking according to raised and matched forms

in 2013 Q1. This means that we have the opportunity to rise up in global rankings and

increase our contribution into Global association results.

Kyiv, Lviv, Donetsk have biggest number of X Re in 2013 Q1 and the biggest

contribution into national results. Thank you Kyiv for making 74 X Re that means 28%

of all AIESEC Ukraine Q1 X results.

Top 3 LCs according to OG GCDP Re in 2013 Q1 are Kyiv, Donetsk, Lviv.

Top 3 LCs according to IC GCDP Re in 2013 Q1 are Kyiv, Lviv, Odessa.

Health by Functional Areas

The most healthy FAs

according to Q1 are TM and

OG GCDP.

The least healthy FA is IC

GIP. Pay attention on this

area, build the strategy of

work, allocate members

there.

In CV, SU and ZP health index is much lower than results one. Its potential threat because your

current achievements can be easily converted into crisis in processes in future. Pay attention on

health of your processes.

In LV, LU, IF and MR health index is higher than results one. That means you can achieve more

results using your resources.


1) Analyze your LC performance together with your LC coach. Pay attention on

health index of your LC, absolute and relative results, reasons of existing GAP and

ways to cover it.

2) Allocate your time for quality re-planning of your goals and activities. Create

clear LC strategy for the rest of your term. Dont forget to use Steering team

outputs for it. Allocate enough time for re-planning activity even if it divert you from

your ASAP operational work. Trust it will bring you more results!

3) Ensure continuity of your LC direction through quality transition.

Kyiv, Lugansk, Odessa have biggest number of TMP Re in 2013 Q2 and the biggest contribution into

national results. Thank you Kyiv for making 160 TMP Re.

have Ivano-Frankivs`k, Sumy, Lviv, Kiyv. The biggest absolute and relative (in comparison with

2012 Q2) oGCDP growth in 2013 Q2 have Chernivtsy, Kiyv. The biggest absolute and relative

(in comparison with 2012 Q2) iGIP growth in 2013 Q2 have Kiyv. Thanks to Mariupol 2 iGIP

realization. The biggest absolute and relative (in comparison with 2012 Q2) oGIP growth in

2013 Q2 have Lviv, Donetsk, Kharkiv, Kiyv.
