Remove existing floodlights (four light poles). A7 Remove the existing toilet block and replace it with a toilet and attached sports equipment store using the existing building footprint. As part of these works improve the entry from the Esplanade. A8 Install informal bench seating offset from the southern sports field boundary. A9 Install chain-mesh in-fill along the boundary fence to improve ball trapment. B1 Prepare a concept design to replace the existing Williamstown CYMS pavilion and storage container with a new building integrated with the Harsley Pavilion. B2 Prepare a concept design to upgrade and reconfigure the Harsley Pavilion to incorporate change rooms (x4), an umpires change room, a social area and kitchen/canteen, externally accessible stores, toilets, and other associated spaces. B3 Reconfigure and extend the west car park (50 spaces in total). B4 Remove the storage containers and fencing, and redevelop the crushed rock car park into a landscaped ‘meeting place’ and thoroughfare through to Sadler Reserve. The area to feature a combination of grassed and paved surfaces, high canopied trees, bench seating and lighting. B5 Relocate the lacrosse hit-up wall to the southern side of the enclosed court, and replace with a higher chain-mesh fence. B6 Upgrade the southern change room of the Lacrosse Pavilion, and attach a sports equipment store and turf wicket maintenance shed (40sqm). B7 Seal the path between the enclosed lacrosse court and the St John Ambulance Museum. B8 Remove all chain-mesh fencing around the St John Ambulance Museum after upgrading the security of the building. B9 Formalise the entry into the reserve at this location. C1 Retain the unsealed car parking along Osborne Street (41 spaces). Relocate the bus stop to a location outside the botanic gardens. C2 Seal the pedestrian path along Osborne Street. Construct a new 2.0m path along Garden Street. C3 Improve pedestrian safety by raising and colouring the road pavement, and coralling traffic into a designated roadway using post and rail fencing. Use on-road treatments to denote a three-car drop-off zone adjacent to the reserve ‘meeting place’. C4 Consolidate the various fencing treatments along the eastern boundary into 1-2 styles only.
