All orders over £125.00 (ex VAT) will be delivered FREE of charge to most mainland UK addresses on a 2-3 day delivery service (see notes below)

£4.95 (+VAT) will be charged to deliver orders under £125.00 (ex VAT)

We offer an additional next day delivery service for all orders delivered within England and Wales subject to a charge dependant on the weight of the order e.g. next day delivery in England and Wales would cost approximately £10.00 for the first 25 kilos and 21p per kg thereafter.

A next day service is also available for Scotland, although due to the remoteness of certain geographical locations this could take up to 48 hours (dependant on postcode).

IMPORTANT NOTE:It is recommended that you check your deliveries before signing for them, especially high value or fragile items. You are within your rights to detain the delivery driver for a ‘reasonable’ amount of time in order to make an inspection. Any items that are received damaged without being signed for as such will result in no claim being accepted by the freight company.

Highlands & IslandsOrders going to AB (Grampian), KW, PA or IV (Highland) postcodes could incur up to a £19.50 + VAT surcharge. Pallet quantities may require a carrier quote. If the order is under £125.00 (ex VAT) then our standard small order charge will also apply in addition to this. Our office sales staff will be able to advise you of the extra carriage charge to your delivery address. These are charges made by our freight companies and LBS in no way benefits from these extra costs.
