TA Track Assignments
TA Track Assignments based on:• TA Introduction Packets

Each Lead Facilitator will be assigned to 5-6 sites
Goal of developing peer networks

TA Plans
Developed through conversations with Lead Facilitators• Align with project narratives• Approved by IACP staff• Sent to assigned OVC grant monitors
Each TA Plan will include four (4) goals – one of which will relate to program sustainability
Goal of developing clear agreements for guided activity

Semi-Annual Webinars
Attended by:• Sworn leadership of each agency – Chief/Sheriff or designee• IACP staff• Lead Facilitators
Topics will align with material provided to program personnel
Goal of clearly identifying leadership responsibilities related to Victim Services units/personnel

Quarterly Trainings/MeetingsAttended by:
• Victim Services personnel
• IACP staff
• Lead Facilitators
Four (4) -hour blocks of time• Two (2) hours of training – all sites
• Two (2) hours of TA Plan Activity – per TA Track Assignments

Training topics will align with material provided to sworn leadership
TA Plan Activity will focus on each agency’s four (4) identified goals
Goals of identifying:
• How training content can be maximized
• Support-building opportunities among peer relationships
• How TA efforts can be most effective
