The Lavita Palace is a Gurgaon (India) based corporation that providesbanquet hall rental and catering services to customers in its targetedmarket. The Company was founded by PULKIT MOHAN SINGLA & Y.MSINGLA in 2014.

Lavita Palace provides a wedding and events venue that acts as astandalone site for major parties. The business only hosts one event perday, which allows clients privacy while they celebrate their wedding orevent.

The venue features a beautiful banquet hall that has a covered spreadof almost 1 acre and 25ft. high ceiling, flooring of rich vitrified tiles andguest accommodation for more than 2000 guests at a time.

We are committed to providing the Largest venue for wedding andevents planning within the Gurgaon area. It is designed by experts toprovide excellence of design tailored to meet your every need and alsokeeping in mind the beautiful traditional Indian ways , delicious food &exquisite services all well fitting in your budget.

India is a country with diverse weather conditions prone to extremes ofsummers as high as 43.3 degrees and winters as low as 2.5 degrees,Moreover, the unpredictable rains and windy storms make a frequentvisit specially in the northern areas. In such events weather conditionsare a havoc since they not only ruin your wedding but also contaminatethe food very frequently leading to an unhealthy environment affectingyour health.

Lavita Palace is architecturally so designed that it keeps you protectedfrom harsh weather conditions; rains, storms, wind, heat strokes andwinter chills unlike the open gardens in which there are more chancesof your wedding being spoiled under the hands of such atmosphericinfluences as well as ill health by food contamination.

Pulkit Mohan Singla is a Masters in Interior designing & Vastu expert& is well equipped with the technical know how’s in the eventsplanning and management industry.Y.M Singla, has an experience of more than 40 years in administrationand event management. • Right of Admission reserved• Advance 25% Plus Taxes- ( Min 25% + VAT 13.125%) with Booking/Confirmation• 50% Payment to be made before 30days of the Function.• Balance Amount to be deposited, 15 days, before the day of Function• Host will deposit Additional Payment for extra plates at the time, of such request• Liquor Consumption Permission to be obtained by Host, one week before Functionaccording to Excise Rules.• Sales Taxes & Service Tax, shall be extra as applicable.• Party to start and finish as per time schedule agreed.• In case Function is cancelled, Advance will be non-refundable.• DJ & Liquors Allowed up to 11.00PM strictly & upto 04.00PM in Lunch Party.• Outside Vendors are not allowed.• No Compensation allowed in case of any breakdown of AC/Genset/Electricity due totechnical reasons• Drum Beating & Band inside the hall is not permissible.• Arms & ammunition & smoking are strictly prohibited inside the premises.• Parking at Owners Risk ( Guards are only for Direction)• Any Damage / Breakage of Banquets will be compensated by the Host.• All disputes subject to Gurgaon Jurisdiction
