  • The school heads (SHs), and School Planning Coordinators are responsible in the collection of data and the protection of all the data encoded, and must see to it that all information shall be secured. They must ensure that all information about enrolment and personnel is accurate and updated. They will also be responsible in logging in the website everyday to be become updated especially for the updating of enrolment and personnel, and to be updated of the Planning Reports.   • Online Registration this is where you will register updated Enrolment and Personnel data HOW TO ENCODE ENROLMENT AND PERSONNEL DATA?

  • Click Sign Up if you dont have yet your Username and Password, Sign in if you have already Signed Up (You have already Username and Password)

  • In the Sign up form, you will select your level either Elementary of Secondary and fill up all the fields.

  • Username will be automatically generated, please take note of your password Contact number School Head contact number Email email address of the school head

  • This will be your account, please record this information

  • Type your Username and Password then Sign In Click Here

  • Type your initial/actual enrolment, press Tab key to move to the next tab, in the Number of Teachers, do not include ALS mobile teacher, in the No. of Seats (Desk (No. x 2)+ (Table and Chair (No. x 2)+ Armchairs (x 1)

  • After typing the enrolment by Grade and by Sex, click Submit Click

  • This will now be the Updated Form for the enrolment, you can edit the data anytime

  • Say you want to update Grade 3 Female, just type the number, say 150, then Click Submit NOTE: ALWAYS CLICK SUBMIT WHENEVER YOU CHANGE/EDIT DATA

  • To determine if you have already updated your data is to see the Total, say in Grade 3, 268 becomes 295 and the Grand Total from 1814 to 1841

  • HOW TO SIGN OUT OR EDIT ACCOUNT? If you have done updating, click Sign Out Click Edit Account if you want to change password, change School Head Name, Contact Number and email address

  • This is the Edit Account form, you can change the name of the school head, password, contact number and email, you can just leave the Password field empty if you dont want to change the password. Click Submit to update or Back to cancel.

  • PERSONNEL REGISTRATION (1)Click Here Click Add Personnel then click Go to add all the Personnel in the school (Principal/Head Teacher down to Administrative Aide (2)(2)

  • After filling up all the fields, in the Grade level (you can leave it empty while in the subject, you can type None if none (for non- teaching). Click Submit to save.

  • After clicking Submit button, it will display, Lastname, Firstname and MI is added, then Click OK.

  • How to View added Personnel? Select View Employees then Click Go, if you want to View added Personnel or Employees

  • It will display all the personnel, you can also search an individual by typing Last Name and First Name, then click Search, you can also sort by: Lastname, Firstname, Position of Grade level.

  • How to Update Personnel Data? Select Update Employee then Click Go to update the data of employee

  • Type the Lastname and Firstname of the employee to Edit, then click Search

  • You can edit any data of the employee, after editing, Click Submit

  • After clicking Submit, it will display Lastname, Firstname and MI is updated., click OK

  • How to Transfer or Retire Employee? Select Transfer/Retire Employee, then Click Go

  • Type the Lastname and Firstname of employee to Transfer or Retire, then Click Search

  • For Transfer to other Division/Retire, type the Transfer or Retirement Date For Transfer to other School, just type the School ID of the school where the Employee will transfer.
