5 Steps to Creating a Product in Light

Speed

1. Set Aggressive Daily Deadlines

- Hour by hour what has to be done by when.- This helps keep you moving forward and not getting distracted.- Turn off Cell Phone and No Facebook, Youtube or Email for the weekend.

2. Outline Your Product

- Product Flow a. Main Offer (at least 5 items) b. Upsells- Outline Each Product- Use workouts and concepts you have already developed and tested.- Work on the meat and potatoes elements during the week(s). Compile the info into a single notebook. -Use Outline to Organize Info in the Notebook

3. Sit Down and GSD

- Write Products- Film- Just Make it Happen and Don’t let ANYTHING Stop you- Stick to the Deadline Schedule- Follow the Outlines

4. Make it Pretty

- Format with Artwork- Send videos to finalize (don’t do yourself)- Delegate to the right people as much as possible.- Barter help for free sessions- Work like Craigros 5000

5. Publish that Sh!t- Sales Copy- Webmaster- Test with your local list- Imperfect Action (ready shoot aim)- Make corrections-Get Affiliates-ReLaunches-Keep Tweaking Product/Copy

The ONE Thing Your Product Must Have to be successful- Yes, an amazing hook is a must, but you know that by now...- VIDEO ELEMENTS- Ebooks are on the way out. They work for a good bonus, but main product should have video elements in it to be successful

3 Things You Need to Know

if Others are going to Sell your Shtuff

1. People Need to Know Who You Are

- It’s about who you know- Network is your Net-worth- Attend Events like this and build relationships

2. Use Other Products that Relate to yours- Write them a testimonial- Blog post reviewing their product- Email them what you have done for them-Stay in constant contact with them

3. Bribe Them

- Know your stats (conversions, clicks, etc.)- Make the deal sweeter for their list- Make a custom video for their list- Top Affiliate Prizes- Send them affiliate emails and other info (affiliate page)- Mention others who have promoted it- Daily Check Ins with All affiliates- Send them thank you cards after the launch

My EXACT Time Management Blueprint That Allows Me to Accomplish So Much in

Organization is the Key!1. Make two lists (Offline/Online)2. Write Down Everything you do on the appropriate list.3. Keuilian Method Everything First!!!4. After 5% Rule, divide each list into 3 separate lists(Daily, Weekly, Monthly)5. When lists are filled out, go to gmail calendar and set up Two Calendars (online and offline)6. Setup reminders of when to do each task for each calendar and set reoccurring events up according to daily, weekly, monthly reminders.

Things to Note

1. Know your times of productivity (magic times) - Me = Morning is online, Afternoon = Offline2. Get in a habit of looking at Gmail Calendar Daily3. Plan daily things to do around the calendar items. Don’t fall behind your calendar tasks.
