The Network will offer a broad range of professional development opportunities over the next two years to a range of colleagues in public and Voluntary and Community Sector organisations, some of which will be tailored from the Network’s award winning Black Leadership Initiative. This positive action programme attracts a 100% subsidy through DCLG. civicorpoliticalinstitutionsamongpeoplefromBAMEgroups• WorkwithlocalbodiespromotingraceequalitytohelpthemworkmoreeffectivelyTheprojectalsoincludesaresearchelementwhichwillbelinkedtoidentifyinggoodpracticeandexemplarprojectsfromacrossthecountry.Thisresearchisalsolinkedtothecreationofapublicationandthreedisseminationevents.
