Faculty of Medical & Health Sciences
The Regulations were prepared according to the needs of all disciplines of Faculty of Medical sciences, along
with a Performa for Evaluation (to be filled by the Technical Committee of FMHS). This will apply to the all
Institutions / Departments to be affiliated in addition to the rules and regulations set by the University of
Sargodha regarding infrastructure / buildings etc. for affiliation of all Institutions in general.

Well established Disciplines set up in at least 100 bedded
Hospital with facilities of clinical training in each component mentioned in
the detailed curriculum. In the first year signed MOU with MS of Hospital is
mandatory.
2. HUMAN RESOURCE (TEACHING FACULTY & SUPPORTING STAFF)
Principal /Head of Department/Chairman/In charge/Coordinator etc shall necessarily be Physical Therapist and any staff hired on full time or part time basis shall have minimum of 3 years of Contract( extendible).
