Mission Statement: To develop programs for Late Night In The Zone that will provide students alternative ways to spend their Friday nights in a drug free atmosphere.

Goals: To provide students and guests a free, fun, alternative way to spend their Friday nights on campus. Participants will be given the opportunity to meet and interact with other students during these activities and form relationship with people who have similar interests.

We will provide an array of activities for In the Zone

participants and increase the amount of participation over the next year to enhance the lives of

students on and off campus.

to be good to the environment. Activities will include:• Flower Potting, Face Painting, Recycling trivia, Recycling crafts.• There will be an appearance by the Animal Ambassador and all their

• Main event: movie playing in ballroom that's still in theaters

• Door prizes: Free DVDs, Movie Posters, movie tickets to a nearby theater

• Crafts: Personalize your own popcorn bowl and movie memorabilia!

• Come dressed like your favorite movie star! Guests will vote on the best costume and participants have the chance to win amazing prizes

• Door Prizes• Quick Draw Contest• Prizes will be awarded to the guest that lasso’s

Livingstown the Ram the quickest• Mechanical Bull Riding-Prizes will be awarded

for whoever can stay on the longest!• Square Dancing• Wear your Bandanas and Cowboy Hats, we will

also be giving them away there!!

Budgeting• A safe estimate is about $3,500 to $4,000 for

each late night.• Anchor event averages $1500-$2250 Food

averages about $500-$700 • Crafts usually run from $200 to $500 each. • Prizes vary for Bingo and other activities.

Bingo is usually at least $100 in prizes each night.

For the entire semester this would add up to be about $26,250

Evaluation

We will evaluate our programs by monitoring how many people come each week compared to how many showed up the previous week or weeks. We will have the participants fill out an information sheet with what they thought was good and what they thought could have been improved.
