Whoa! What did you just say? You read it correctly. Anesthesia-Free and, yes, that means NO SHOT, NO DRILL, and NO NUMB LIP!

Are you kidding me? You mean I can now go to the dentist and have a cav-ity filled without getting a shot and a numb lip? Plus, I don’t have to listen to that dreaded drill? Big fat, YES! You got it!

How is this possible? In January of 2014 Convergent Dental introduced the Solea Dental Laser. It is the only 9300 nanometer wavelength CO2 with FDA approval available in the world. But I thought dental lasers have been around for 15 years? Yes, that is true. We have been using lasers for every one of those 15 years. In fact, I have taught dentists all over the country how to use those lasers from years past. But this is a new day and a totally different laser.
