DocuSign enables you to sign with your mouse, upload a scanned image of your signature, or type in your name and select from a variety of signature

styles to sign a document.

With the DocuSign Ink mobile app you are able to sign with your finger. Whichever option you choose, your signature is a valid electronic

signature. This signature will be associated with a unique identifier so that every document you sign will be recorded as signed by you and you alone.

Add as many documents and pages as you need.

DocuSign supports all main formats including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat PDF, and many others.

You can capture documents from your hard drive, popular online sites like DropBox, Google Docs and Salesforce, or choose from an existing template in DocuSign.

RECIPIENTS4. ADD

SIGNERS Type the name and email address for each person who needs

to sign.

Add as many as you need, and put them in any order you want.

SIGNATURE PLEASE5. ADD TAGS FOR GUIDED SIGNING

Add a tag for signatureDrag and drop “Sign Here” tabs right onto your document where you need each person to sign or initial.

You may also place data fields for information like an address or date, to fill out.

Click “Send” and you are done! The person whose signature is being requested will be alerted by email.
