    Read the recipe to make Banana ice. Answer

    making your own Banana ice!

    Ingredients

    3 bananas

    2 egg whites

    25 g sugar

    lemon juice

    food colouring

    Equipment

    Mixing bowl

    Small bowl

    Fork

    Whisk

    spoon

    Procedure

    1. Wash your hands and put on an apron.

    2. Peel the bananas and put them in the small bowl.

    Mash them with the fork and add a few drops of

    lemon juice.

    The lemon juice will stop the bananas going brown.

    3. Put the egg whites in the mixing bowl and whisk them

    until they stand up in stiff peaks.

    4. Add the mashed bananas and sugar to the egg

    white and whisk until the mixture becomes quite stiff.

    5. Add a few drops of the food colouring and mix until

    the colour is spread through the mixture.

    6. Spoon mixture into serving dishes. Add some sprinkles

    or coconut slices to the top if you wish.
