What does it do for you?
• rewards your language learning• gives you a practical way to use your language skills• develop your general communication and leadership
skills• gives you a better understanding of how people
learn and including how you learn
• enhances your self-esteem and confidence
• improves your evaluative and analytical skills
• increases your skills in the language
What does it involve?
• Weekly lunchtime sessions• Support from a languages teacher• Working in whole group to develop
techniques for teaching• Working in pairs or trios to devise your
primary school lessons• 3 visits to teach in primary school –
January, April and May/June• Succeeding and gaining the leadership
award!
